Pros
"Good."
Overall: Organization
Pros: Display format. The display is easy to set levels of importance and priorities. It also has the function of setting priorities and due dates. The ability to premote or demote items is nice. The printing of reports is very flexible.
Cons: You must now the software intimately to use it, the tool bar is too complex and not definitive. Trying to rmember what all the functions mean is difficult if you do not use the software every day of the week.
"We are using MPro to "control" the construction of a new facility and relocation to it."
Overall: This has involved many individuals at different locations and different time zones and the software made it possible to work collaboratively. Most of the people had no prior experience with this kind of software but learned quickly. We have not used the financial features but identifying the great many tasks, the sequence in which they must be completed, who had responsibility and whether they were on schedule has been critical. Those who were skeptical at the start became believers. Many things went wrong - late deliveries of materials, slow permit approvals, and on and on. But, we have kept kept our priorities straight and kept moving forward.
