1\. The setup was quick, and the support team helped whenever needed. 2. The platform is easy to understand, even for new users. 3. Call features work smoothly and helped us manage our daily tasks better. 4. The reporting tools made it simple to track performance.

Pros

1\. Call management is very useful and easy to handle. 2. Integrates well with SMS, email, and WhatsApp. 3. Call quality is clear and consistent.

Cons

Everything works well, but it would be nicer if notifications were a bit more flexible in how they show up or alert you.
