Looks good for those interested in data and analysis intensive needs, but not so good for simple needs. Pros The software seems capable of performing some of the more complex survey functions with some reasonable analysis associated with it. Cons The software is more difficult for most of the users. We recently switched from SurveyMonkey and as of yet, I haven't seen a big advantage, it just seems to be more cumbersome for most of our users. Pros Liked the customer service available at all times to help with the most basic of questions and functions. Enjoyed the graphs and visuals available for our project. Cons Bit of a learning curve before using. Would be nice if there was an informational tutorial to watch when you purchase the product. The software only gets better and better with each passing year, with more and more features, yet it is just as easy to use as it was when I first started using it all that time ago. Pros Qualtrics Research Core Is great softwere for survey and data. The good features is to get data on SPSS or CVS file format. This softwere is user friendly and flexible. The code was not working in the newer updated version and customer service was able to solve my issue. They went above and beyond to solve the issue and I was extremely pleased with their solution. I have had multiple great experiences with customer service. They are very reliable, specifically, they will get back to you via e-mail extremely fast with personalized videos to explain what is going, if needed. Review Source MN Michael N. The ability to create new projects from previous ones in order to easily compare past results with current results Cons a little bit tricky to start off with as it has so many options. I am still learning my way around this tool but the level of support is has been superb. Recently attended Insight Summit and the experience exceeded our expectations. The culture and energy it was impressive, the speakers and breakout sessions were amazing and the opportunity to network with other people in the industry was excellent. I am looking forward to retake my Bronze certification and continue to learn more about your product. Pros Qualtrics is very good at gathering data via polls, and providing tangible results for research purposes. Used the software for: ### "Amazing as Usual" January 31, 2017 5.0 I use Qualtrics every day as part of my job and any time I have a question/issue, I contact Qualtrics support and my questions are answered (or issues resolved) not just in a reasonable amount of time (usually within 1-2 hours), but the level of detail provided in my support is unlike any other. Often when I have a question regarding a particular feature I receive a custom "how-to" video from Qualtrics Support, visually walking me through the steps. Review Source JS Jane S. Pros I like how easy it is to use it and with little support you can get very far Cons Its a little difficult to use some features like importing data. The file really has to be the same and we had to do too much manipulation to be able to feed in the data. The simplicity to make a good survey, the great graphic looks and user-friendly layout (both on desktops or mobile devices), the easy process of downloading reports in all kind of formats and a great costumer support are just mind-blowing. It is very easy to use and set up. Cons Nothing major stands out to me as far as cons for the purposes that I was using it for, but I suppose for more complex research projects, this is probably not the go-to software.
