More accessible schedule for our work day.

Pros

The option to see our full schedule akl at the same time. As opposed to different departments on different screens.

Cons

The only thing i dislike so far is having to log in everytime i want to check my schedule. I would prefer it if my scheduler would stay open as long as im logged on. I go away and then come back after periods of time to check updated schedule,and always have to log back in.

Pros

System is easy to use and navigate. A year ago customer service was great. Their team worked fast and the ser up went quickly and smooth

Cons

Tried to add an account for a doctor, for about a month no one would call me back to resolve the issues that i had with the system. I believe their staff changed. Very poor customer service. Had to call and complain several times until someone will call me back to fix the issues.

Pros

It's easily accessible and easy to train our interns, as well as our physician, on any new features. My favorite feature is being able to recognize the pt's balance in the column on the face sheet or seeing if they have a credit.

Cons

One thing I don't like is when I'm having to revert back to certain tickets to figure out where the patient's balance comes from or where the credit comes from. Sometimes, it very time consuming; it would be easier if we could just place really old tickets that are paid and closed out in a separate area instead of having to dig for them. Other than that, I have no complaints!

The response time from the customer service team. I also like the ease of the billing management system from the time the ticket is started to completion.

Cons

The training, the book and videos don't always match the instructions or feedback that we receive from the customer service.

Pros

I really like the ease of making necessary changes to our scheduling template. I like the patient reminder call log. It makes our Centralized Scheduling department's job so much easier. The billing module is amazing. And the reports are easy to create and understand.

Cons

I wish the program had a time clock module. I also would like to see the process of rescheduling a patient more like the move patient feature, so that we may keep track of the rescheduled appointments easier. Our schedulers are more apt to move the patient because the reschedule functions requires you to re-enter all of the information.

Pros

The vendor has online chat when you need help with something and that is what makes this product so easy to use. It is very easy to navigate through also.

Cons

The only thing that is a little difficult is finding DME due to the fact that different people input them in different ways.

the ease of reading the schedule is such a plus as well as being able to add several appointments at one time. it is a little difficult to erase a months worth of appointments each one at a time. I wish there was a way you could erase several at one time.

Pros

As a billing company, I needed software that was user-friendly, not only for the office staff, but for the providers as well. Nuesoft also met my needs for the different specialties that we bill for. If there has ever been a need for support, Nuesoft staff has been available, and they do respond back during and after the issue has been resolved.

Cons

I use the super account; we bill 10 different providers. When I switch from one provider to another and I want to view my scanned documents, the system does not allow me to. I then have to exit out of Nuesoft completely and reopen.

Pros

It's easy-to-use software. Support responds quickly. It cannot be any better than this. Every time I encounter an issue and contact support, I always receive a positive response the same day, and if they don't know at first, they always strive to fix your problem in the quickest and most efficient way possible, I have experienced.

Cons

I like everything about the program. When you read the financials, everything is all scrambled together, and it doesn't give you the balance per visit in that screen, but you are a click away to get what you want always. The vendor is awesome.

Cons

It would be helpful to our practice if NueMD had electronic medical records for OB/GYN ready, yet it is laborious to use Practice Fusion in addition. The batch reporting is a bit confusing.

The ease of seeing the schedule. I liked being able to see my weekly schedule laid out, and I liked being able to find patient information with one click.

Cons

Entering information into the system took too long to make my schedule. Also, the system frequently froze up.

Pros

I like the ease of use. I also like the colors that I can create for Appts. Since I mainly work on billing and accounts receivable, I like using the batch module.

Cons

I don't like that it dings in tickets! Every click seems like it dings. I have to turn down my volume so I don't distract others or annoy myself. A patient asked me if I really make that many errors. I said, " No, it just dings with the clicks in this module." Also, later in the afternoon, it seems like the program creeps along slowly. I assume it's because everyone using it is getting their reports.

Pros

No negative, all positive. Anybody can learn in less than a week time. I am not computer expert I learnt in less than 7 days and I can do everything what an expert biller will do. Any way my young staff do faster and better than me. We do all billings in office and saves time and money by that.

Cons

there is nothing i can say negative about the product. yes i may be few dollars more than others but its worth it.

Pros

It's amazing product. It's cloud based super user friendly. Has a lot of features that make billing easy without them being hard to use.

Cons

Some glitches on Macs since they still Java 7 and macs support only Java 8 right now. But they're fixing that here soon.

Pros

We were able to get faster claims by using NueMD. Good experience. Billing and scheduling was easier too

Cons

Some of the links on the page did not always work. The layout of the website could use some touch-ups.

NueMD's practice management system is efficient and simple to use. From scheduling to documenting patient encounters to billing, NueMD aids us in all aspects of practice management. The current landscape of operating a medical practice demands efficient processing especially in billing issues. NueMD definitely fits the bill. Additionally, their customer support is readily accessible, which is extremely important.

Cons

As a long time client of Nuesoft Technologies, I honestly don't have any negative comment with regard to their services or software.

Pros

It's very easy to navigate and user friendly. This has been my first experience with electronic records and it ended up being a smooth transition.

Cons

There is an app for iPad, but as far as I know it does not update my calendar very frequently, so I can't rely on it. The software is great; I would just like to be able to check my schedule without having to use my laptop.
