Time shift feature of projects, Cons 1- Lack on 2nd level support, response on time and with qualified solutions (France) -> must be improved dramatically! 2. GUI and Features should be more user friendly (more like a profound Microsoft) 3. Customization requests by customer and implication on stability for future releases on customer side must be adressed -> better stable PLW standards and zero/low - but stable - customizations! 4. Our live-system (as opposite to the PLW demo-system) is lacking on multiple performance & stability issues 5. It is one of the few of this kind on the market. Some functionalities and dashboarding are extremely well done and it is customizable Cons Although the tool is really powerfull, I think there is a potential to improve user-frindliness of certain dashboards. Some items are not straightforward to grasp if you have not received a training on the platform. Our users classify the system as not intuitive and not-user friendly making adoption/acceptance challenging. Users prefer an MSP user experience.
