Provides personalized web desktops and reporting, offering insight into project finances and services on time to consumers. An adaptive map, used to provide users with the technologies to monitor the plans, modify project activities and demonstrate the outcomes of the program. It promotes financial management for managerial programs.

Pros

I deeply appreciate the inclusion of various advantages such as project control, control of funds, expenditure, time monitoring. Besides the development process, we also introduced key characteristics such as – anti diagnosis, a managerial staff of executive board decision making, customized reports. This tool provides the alternative of incorporating complex modules that will need some extra needs.

Cons

My company considers it a little pricey, but it's worthwhile. It could be simple enough to work out this method because it seems likely with even fewer steps from the customer, may be done. Some terms really aren't compatible within the software anywhere that need to be matched, but I realized that refer to someone’s outline, this much effort is going on. For us to get the overall result, serious planning is needed.

Pros

The software is truly end to end for portfolio and project management with great capability to integrate to ERP system. It is one of the few of this kind on the market. Some functionalities and dashboarding are extremely well done and it is customizable

Cons

Although the tool is really powerfull, I think there is a potential to improve user-frindliness of certain dashboards. Some items are not straightforward to grasp if you have not received a training on the platform.

Pros

Planisware was customizable to our organization and has all the functionalities we needed (Gantts, resourcing, expenditures, scope, risk and portfolio management). Integrates with multiple outside systems like SAP. Flexible reporting platform.

Cons

Customization lead to an inherent 'bugginess' downstream that requires constant IT/Planisware support. Our users classify the system as not intuitive and not-user friendly making adoption/acceptance challenging. Users prefer an MSP user experience.
