I feel it takes a little longer to learn than some other Project Management software; however, it is extremely useful once you fully understand the features and how to properly navigate it. Pros It was easy to see what items were due. The layout was good once everything was setup properly and the correct trigger items were documented. Cons If timing was off for an item that tied to other activities, it could throw off several items. Limited ability to change dates or reassign duties unless you are the admin. In that respect, it can be frustrating. Definitely have to check timing and dates prior to loading a full project or you will spend a lot of time making corrections.
