We've been able to implement it both internally and externally. Plus their customer support has been fantastic. Cons SurveyGizmo has done exaclty what we wanted it to do. I had no prior experience with this program, nor any other survey program. Creating the survey was very easy and I found help in blog posts about the types of questions to include. The survey was mostly a success. Only issue we had was making sure everyone on our email list got sent the email. Pros Easy to use when you have no prior survey experience. The print is easy to read and the format on the page has a nice flow to it. It is user friendly. Cons So far there is nothing that I have found that I did not like.
