I think the variety of question types are nice as well as the ability to customize surveys. Cons I do not have many complaints with this software. August 25, 2014 5.0 I must say without any hint of doubt that SurveyGizmo offers the best platform (in terms of user acceptance, customization, question and logic variety, evolution, etc), the best service (in terms of problem-solving, responsiveness, commitment and sheer niceness) and, for me, the absolutely BEST value for money out there. I consider myself an advanced user, I've created surveys for a lot of industries and for a lot of purposes, using different platforms, and i can't recommend this one (and its team) enough. Even if there's a lot under the hood, the interface is intuitive enough for a first timer to create complex logic surveys without much effort. One of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Didn't take a lot of time to set up and it was easy to edit. Cons This software didn't have enough features and types of responses for my needs for my survey. I had some very specific ways I needed people to be able to answer questions and this software cut down on the features in order to make it more user friendly, which is always a tradeoff. We started by using the survey functionality and progressed to creating quizzes and online practice tests. Customer service is extremely helpful and responds quickly. The Pro Service group has provided great service in helping develop new products. We have been very happy with the service provided to our company. Pros Fast response time. Easy to contact. Great knowledge of the product and capabilities. Easy to use website. Constantly improving product. Communicates well with customers especially when issues arise. March 5, 2018 4.0 The use of SurveyGizmo has greatly benefited me, since I have been able to send surveys about my company's material, from any place where I find, and receive answers instantly! Pros What I like most about SurveyGizmo is the mobile phone version, since it's great to be able to create surveys using a simple phone, wherever you are! Cons I do not like the prices that SurveyGizmo has, I think that these prices should go down a bit, it is very expensive to access high quality plans that have many benefits. However, I was actually able to call them and speak with a "real" US-based person on the phone. I expected a lengthy wait time and they picked right up. They we able to walk me through how to do what I needed to do and emailed me a "cheat sheet" after the call in case I forgot the next time. Other companies could learn from Survey Gizmo's customer service! Pros The ease of use and help when I needed help was outstanding! Cons Nothing really. Fortunately, the program's user interface is very intuitive. It was easy to pick up! The logic options are also, likewise, easy to learn. It also offers a lot of nifty options for your survey's questions items--hiding options, requiring answers, etc. On the other end of the process (gathering and analyzing your data), you can filter your results by date received, as well as by any of your answer options (open text notwithstanding). After narrowing the subset of data you want to gather, you can generate a summary report, or export it for more detailed processes. Overall, I'd recommend it to just about anyone. Its ease of use means that even novice computer users can make simple surveys. Proficient users will feel more comfortable implementing the various logic options that are available. Pros 1\. Pros We have been using Alchemer a lot to create surveys and then add translations in many different languages. Pros The most entertaining and positive SurveyGizmo is the ease with which surveys are conducted, it is very fun to conduct surveys on this platform for how easy and comfortable it is. Cons I do not like SurveyGizmo's prices, since they exceed their price per month and I think that survey software should be cheaper and accessible to anyone. The reporting is very robust for a survey platform at this level. Customer support has been excellent. Cons Only complaint is the offline survey for mobile devices. Pros Alchemer has all of the features you need when creating a survey for customers. For example, it allows you to use conditional logic and variables together, which allows you to make highly-customizable surveys. Cons It’s hard to think of an area of improvement for Alchemer, but if I had to name one, it’d be the analysis tools for digging into the data collected in your surveys. Cons They should fix some other detail in the instructions so that they are more specific and users can understand them much more, and that they have more ease in the development of ideas in the course of use. The software is extremely intuitive and easy to use. A lot of features and available question types. Surveys can be easily customized using CSS. Surveys are also mobile responsive. Large community, quickly handling Q&A. The product keeps developing and new features keep popping up, like R integration into reports, Conjoint analysis and more. Being a research professional, I find the software extremely handy and useful, at a very affordable price. Much better than other popular competitors I experienced. September 26, 2014 5.0 I've used SurveyGizmo for a while now and it is my platform of choice for the surveys that i provide to my clients. Why? Well, I've always found the tool to be extremely flexible and the data capture & export options allow for rich integration with other systems. As such the SurveyGizmo platform allows us to deploy surveys in a strategic manner and thus implement effective customer feedback programmes (see: analyt.co.uk/blog/effective-customer-feedback.html) for brand both large and small. The user interface is also pleasant to work with - different skins can also be applied which is a nice touch. I've also just had an issue where an incorrect link was sent out to a large number of people, and the support from SurveyGizmo was fantastic - they implemented a re-direct from the incorrect link to the correct one within the space of about an hour. So, great product AND great service - not a bad combo. I have met in person with staff and over the customer support line multiple times to get help with my survey for my small business customers. They are first-rate in terms of friendliness, getting me the answers I need and working through difficult challenges. I registered and used one of the training webinars, which was well-organized, to the point, and gave me an efficient overview of survey design and using their software. However, the working windows are quite small, would love to have more space when working on a new questionnaire. Pros I have tested many survey softwares, and never seen any of them suggesting question with semantic differential. Another big plus is the possibility to have multiple text fields for one question. It feels very natural to have that, but very few softwares have this particular feature. I liked also the ranking grid type of question that SG offers. Cons Although there is an option to put bulk answers at once, the editing should be done one by one. Survey Gizmo has been a helpful and easy tool to use for this purpose. Pros The system is fairly intuitive and easy to understand. The most survey administration experience I had before Survey Gizmo was a simple Doodle Poll, and so I was nervous about how easy Survey Gizmo would be to use. However, it took little time to get used to the platform and to learn how to format questions. The logic system is also easy to understand. Cons At first, I had difficulty understanding which type of question would be ideal for my desired question. However, I quickly learned the differences from trial and error.
