August 15, 2018 3.0 Pros Whenever a survey is conducted, the results are shown graphically. This is more helpful as it gives a clearer picture. It was relatively good when I started using it and then suddenly there were few changes in the GUI and after that I never felt lit using like before. Support team doesn't know what is going on on their platform. Cons Whenever you update any feature that has been used in any of your forms, the updated feature is seen only when you apply them once again. If not, the older version remains as it is. The customer support team is very inefficient. It may take months to get any response on the queries put forward. Also, this software is very expensive. Though it shows a variety of features, similar applications also possess these features at a comparatively lower price. Such a high price is not really helpful for small business groups and startups. We always want feedback from our customers and employees and SurveyGizmo does the trick. It’s not buggy and we’ve never had problems. Cons Overall there’s not much bad to say. June 7, 2017 5.0 We have one home for all of our data entry needs! Perfect fit for our staff and needs. Pros I like most the ease of viewing survey results once data is input. I can filter what specific fields I want to sort by, and always download the Excel spreadsheets easily. Cons It can be fairly clunky when flipping between survey entries. Cons Reporting was not robust enough for our needs. There was no super applicable way to aggregate data (again this was for our purposes - quality of new hire evaluations). Cons The new pricing structure that they put in place as of about a year ago or so has made it too expensive. Questionnaire development Used the software for: ### "Complete solution for every survey professional " January 6, 2015 5.0 We use SurveyGizmo for our CATI, CAPI and WAPI projects for 5 years already and we have personally seen how the platform has developed. SG's technical team has always provided nice surprises by constantly upgrading the functionality and the amount of useful features for questionnaire programming. The Enterprise account level is all that one could need for creating, in fact, unlimited customization of question types, logic and visualization. The JavaScript/ HTML/CSS console is among the best features as well as the STYLE menu for themes customization. We are pretty sure that if SurveyGizmo continues upgrading we will soon have more great functionalities such as Conjoint Analysis and Heat Map custom question types. For example, some more sophisticated modules for special statistical analysis (for example a CBC, Choice based Conjoint, or Regression, etc.) would made our company a lifetime SG subscriber and we are sure we would not be alone in that :) We have no doubt that SG team will keep the great performance! Their 360 Review Reporting is broken and they do not see it as a priority to fix. " April 13, 2018 2.0 I wanted to love this product. It appeared to have everything I needed and when I tested it, it worked well for 360 reviews. However, when I deployed it for hundreds of employee reviews, I discovered the reporting system broke after I tested it and they do not see it as a priority to fix it. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend it at this time. Pros Initially, I liked the price and the ease of setting up a 360 Review. It effectively manages sending out 360 reviews. Cons As of April 12, 2018, their 360 Review reporting system is broken - it cannot generate reports by type of reviewer, i.e. peer, manager, direct report, etc. and they do not see fixing it as a priority. Pros Survey Gizmo started out as a reasonably priced and better alternative to Survey Monkey. They did this to ensure good reviews etc and get customers. They weren't particularly better- just a very average product that was easy to use. Cons They contacted me a month before my plan was due to expire and told me they were " retiring" the service they had offered me and to maintain the same services, I had to accept a 400% plus increase in price. Their customer service were clueless and obnoxious and they took an extra unauthorized payment from my credit card when I said in writing I was no longer interested in the subscription. I'm now having to deal with this as a fraudulent payment on my c/ card. What a waste of time and energy for a product that was so average to begin with. Review Source Christina C. I have received callbacks over the weekend when I had a serious problem with a survey in the field. I have been using this tool exclusively for years, and have only rarely found something I could not program by myself. Whenever I have run into a problem I couldn't resolve or a programming requirement so complex I couldn't accomplish it, the support staff went into overdrive and found a solution for me. I have never worked with a company that was more customer-focused than SurveyGizmo. Pros I've been using this survey service for quite some time already and can say that it stands tall above the rest. The editor is snappy and clear. SurveyGizmo allows to build complex survey forms with custom logic and paths. What I especially like is that saving the results and sharing them with my team or presenting them in a report is available in multiple file formats and is super easy. Cons Initially building a survey takes some time, especially in the planning department and, of course, if you have a lot of questions with multiple branching path and complex logic. But don't let their name fool you, its not just surveys that this system can help with: anything that requires users to enter data into a form can be captured really simply. Their system takes something that could be a really compelx and error prone task into something thats actually a pleasure to use. From creating something very simple, like a small form to something complex that needs logic, multiple pages and data piping - there is nothing it can't cope with. And if you get stuck? Well if their numerous and comprehensive help pages dont get you going then their rapid and knowledgable support staff are an email or phone call away to figure it out. I've needed help on a few occasions and each time I have been bowled over by the level of technical expertise and the speed of the response. The service is good, the FAQ very complete. I agree it's not the cheapest tool in the market, but it's worth the money Pros A lot of possibilities: question types, integration, pictures,...
