Pros Product was simple and easy to use, I think that was the only positive. Cons Customer service and support was terrible, cost was high. Pricey but worth the money as it is detailed in its tracking and all other aspects of trucking GPS. Pros Very detailed in regards to speed, hard brake events, etc. Cons They do tend to be expensive compared to others and not as flexible with negotiating price but you get what you pay for and this is a superior product. Don't buy unless you want to be locked into a contract with a product that will receive zero enhancements. Pros There really isn't anything good about verizon connect / reveal. Cons Terrible experience. You're locked into a 3 year agreement with no option for cancellation, other than buyout of the entire contract. Comportement irresponsable et abusif sur le côté facturation et résiliation. Pros Verizon est très fort commercialement et arrive à vous vendre un produit qui semble qualitatif, et fonctionnel. Cons Verizon est injoignable, très compliqué pour résilier, ou faire déposer du matériel lors de vente de véhicule. Il facture leur client, pour des véhicules vendus, et même plusieurs mois (bientôt années) leur client à la suite de la résiliation du compte. Communication is lacking and no one knows what is actually happening. Pros Initially had great service until an account was signed up. Cons Customer service is appalling. Devices don’t work, I’ve been waiting for a month to have support and nothing. They also break privacy by continuing to issue invoices and emails to an incorrect email address after repeated advice to update.
