Pros

This program may be good for smaller companies.

Cons

This program runs very slowly, especially with the number of employees in our company. We do office moves every month and the time it takes the program to load is unbelievable. Also, it is not very user friendly. You have to start over every time you put in a new move instead of the program remembering where you left off in your move selections. The program runs like it is from the 90s.

Good support team and good product, but the functionality out of the box was not exactly what we needed, so it has required time and money from FM:Interact and 3rd party support to create the features we wanted.

Pros

Easy to use out of the box and worked pretty well.

Cons

Limited functionality. Everything has to be custom developed which means more $$.

it is easy to learn and use. All menus is well organized and very user friendly. I'd like to have deeper experience with this system.

I have been used it in only test environment but system is very slow one menu to other menu.

Pros

the reporting! it makes it easy for everyone to learn and get the info they need. The scenario planning i find helpful for re-stacks and large office moves. During office moves we can move people efficiently so they are where they need to be relative to their team members.

Cons

the formulas while are easier then i anticipated could be further simplified for those with little to no programming experience
