If you are looking for a solid web-based ticketing system with a transaction based pricing strategy, you should definitely give these folks a call at 1-800-546-8401 X-101 to discuss your requirements. They are easy to work with and extremely reliable.

Pros

The system processes over 200,000 transactions per year and has proven to be a robust product over the past three years. It manages timed/inventory-controlled tours from four web-based UIs including web, box office, touch-screen kiosks and call center. It manages Group Tour reservations and the company provides excellent technical and upgrade support.

Cons

The system is web-based so if there is any interruption in our web service, we cannot sell or process tickets. This is a very rare situation for which we have developed an adequate work-around.
