It is also so easy to use for the end of year taxes and filing. Pros ezPaycheck is easy to use and keeps things very organized. I haven't had any issues with it or experienced any situations of it being 'off-line' or unavailable. Cons So far I haven't found anything that I didn't like about it. We don't use all of the features available though. Pros Very easy to use. We only have 12 staff members and ezpaycheck works very well for our needs. We have from time to time had to add additional companies and that has been easy. Cons I would like to be able to adjust checks. For example some of our staff receive tips and I can't add them after I have created a check for hours worked. If I need to change something on the check I have to delete it and start over. Alternatives considered [QuickBooks Online](https://www.capterra.com/p/190778/QuickBooks-Online/) Reasons for choosing ezPaycheck Cost was the main reason but ease of use really important. We were using a service that was very expensive considering how small the staff was so we wanted something less expensive. I did not want to spend alot of time every 2 weeks processing payroll and ezpaycheck seemed to be the least complicated. I can't stand the pay as you go structure of other products. Finally the customer support was surprisingly good. . . I messed up a few things and they were able to get me straightened out. Nice thing is they seemed to know who I was without going through grueling identity check. Pros Price and ease of use make this product a win for me. The non-sense with qbooks now-a-days made me move. Cons I would like more reports; like employee address reports etc. Makes proving new hire reporting much easier. This product needs to work like Quickbooks, Patriot Payroll in where they handle the direct deposit instead of a NACHA file to your bank. Pros Value for the money, customer support and synching with their W2 and W2c. The electronic submissions to SSA and State work well Cons Banking and money management is not great. I handle multiple payrolls for around 20 companies and whenever I needed to contact ezPaycheck, they have responded promptly. Pros It is easy to navigate throughout the Payroll process. And you do not have to keep paying for updates throughout the year. Just one inexpensive charge to begin and then nothing more. Cons It wasn't free? Actually, I would like to add employee's emails to their account so I can easily email check stubs to them. This app solves all my problems and meets all my needs. Pros I love that everything is precalculated for me and the only thing I need to add, once an employee is set up, is the amount of hours they worked. There is a way to add bonuses, or different hourly pay depending on the job, but I don't use those features. I love that I can generate a report and stay compliant with all the tax law with very little effort.
