This app is the most convenient for me. First, the mobile app is great – I can check everything I need anytime. Second, some features are totally free, which was a big deal when I was starting out. And third, the support team is super quick and actually real people.

Pros

I started using this app when I began my career as a massage therapist, and I still use it now that I have a small spa studio with a few specialists. It’s great for both beginners and pros.

Cons

Giving 4 stars because I need email notifications. Hope the developers will hear me out.

My overall experience with the app has been great. Setting it up and enabling online booking was super quick. Now I’m also using some paid features like notifications and financial analytics. The food thing is that you don’t need to pay for the whole plan to use financial analytics, you can pay only for the feature.

Pros

It took me just 20 minutes to set up online booking and add all my clients. I’m impressed! Plus, there are tons of free features as a bonus.

Cons

I waited a long time for the registration SMS.

My friend recommended this app because you can really customize it for your business needs. I used to use other software for my barbershop, but it didn’t allow me to set things up exactly how I wanted. The biggest thing for me is access rights for staff so barbers can’t see each other’s schedules.

Pros

A lot of free features, you can set up staff access to the client base, and the support is super quick.

Cons

I haven’t had any trouble using this app

I needed a mobile app to keep my clients’ contacts in one place, add comments, and have online bookings for group training. I was checking reviews and randomly came across DIKIDI. Decided to give it a try since it’s free, and suddenly, it had everything I needed.

Pros

A convenient app for scheduling and keeping a client base, and the best part is that I uploaded my entire client base into the app in just 2 minutes

Cons

Sometimes clients don’t get the confirmation link.

O liked the appointment scheduling, online booking, notifications, and reminders. I no longer miss my appointments to visit my hairdresser as it were before I Joined DIKIDI

Cons

DIKIDI is exceptionally the best, I cannot regret downloading this app. Life has become easy, and I am now able to manage my calendar

DIKIDI has been a game-changer for our beauty salon. The appointment scheduling and online booking features have significantly reduced our administrative workload. Cons

Pros

DIKIDI app is a nail master's dream come true. It saves my time that I spent on scheduling and managing appointments. I like the feature of automatic notifications - they help my clients not to miss any visits. DIKIDI also created my page which is basically my website. And many of these features are free. How cool is that?

It’s hard sometimes to keep up with all the updates and features that they have.

Pros

Almost all features are free. Customer service is quick to respond. It was easy to start using for my employees too.I have been using the app for 5 months. It changed the way I schedule appointments in the salon and this is great!

Cons

Not all functions available in the mobile version yet - waiting for an update.

Pros

Convenient, multifunctional, technical support is always in touch. Customers like it very much. You can choose the language you want. You can use the application on your computer and phone. I have finally automated prepayments when registering new clients!
