As a cloud-based platform, our firm is not restricted to our computers and can review case exhibits from virtually anywhere. This is particularly useful when someone is unable to be in the office but still needs to complete work. I appreciate using the briefcase exporting feature because I have a couple of attorneys who prefer not to review documents within the platform. With this feature, I can easily convert documents and deliver them more quickly than if I were to do a full production, especially when the documents are not yet ready for production. Pros Lexbe is known for its professional and prompt services, making it the ideal choice for handling complex projects. The analysis tab provides different angles of a search that the attorney may have overlooked initially. Its numerous search and filtering options ensure that finding a document is nearly foolproof. Features like Co-Pilot have been invaluable for enhancing witness summaries and understanding information more effectively. Cons However, the platform's lack of user-friendliness can be a drawback. This is something that I've noticed that some of our older attorneys are hesitant to use the system. Despite its many search and filter options, it can be challenging to locate a document, especially for new users who may feel overwhelmed by the multitude of choices. It would be helpful to be able to sort while in the reviewing part. I think it would be beneficial to have an easier way to save a filter where you can name it and have it saved globally through the system. For example, if there is a special search I like to use to help remove non-responsive materials, I would like to be able to use that same search in other cases. I believe it would be helpful for billing purposes to pay for the OpenAI through the Lexbe platform, especially since it is only charged whenever you use the Co-Pilot add-on. It would be great to figure out a way to charge it to that specific case. Lexbe has been the most user friendly of all of them and allows my paralegal to get productions done and organized very quickly. I never have had a production issue when using Lexbe. Cons Every once in a while I had trouble with a document image loading to perform a redaction, but the load just took a little time. Otherwise no issues.
