Pros: We run a fast paced dental office in Huntington Park with over a hundred patient visits per day. We employ multiple dentists and staff. We needed something that was easy, quick and affordable. We initially purchased their EZ 2000 dental software 15 + years ago at a low price which included computers network and software and training. They have constantly upgraded it to make it all the more better and easier to use and more versatile. This is the product for us. Very rarely do we have problems. Training was great. Trainer was professional middle age woman who really knew her stuff and was very helpful. The EZ 2000 folks have a smart, friendly, educated and helpful support staff. We couldn't survive without EZ 2000. The EZ 2000 folks also supplied us with computer hardware, digital x-rays, an intra-oral camera, eClaims, perio charting, and even got us a government grant to pay for our expanded system! We both recommend this product and company highly.

Cons: The only thing I could ask for is for it to be free. The funny thing is when we expanded our system to include digital, it was free. Because EZ 2000 assisted us in filing for a government grant for us through the Medicaid E.H.R. Incentive Program, and we used that money to pay for it! All we paid for was our initial purchase 15 years ago for some computers and the initial software. Great Deal!

Overall: Helped our production, collection go up dramatically. Allows us to operate much smoother and very quickly to manage our dental billing and general practice in a very busy office.

Fantastic Dental Software; great company; sharp, friendly and supportive staff....

Pros: Professional support staff, excellent trainers, honor their product warranty, update frequently, ease of use, versatile functionality, price, integration-friendly with outside services.

Cons: none for over 30 years. when we started out in 1985 they had some kinks. They are far far advanced from those days.

Overall: Using it since 1985; upgraded over 50 times over the years through all their versions and improvements. Don't believe the bad reviews you see. It's a dirty business with horrible competitors who hate their rivals mainly because they overcharge not like this company. This company has great prices, support, and products. We started out with their DOS version 32 years ago, then converted to their windows version, and recently to their Plus version which is super fantastic to deal with on a daily basis. We have incorporated a lot of their integrated functions: digital x-rays, intra oral cameras, eClaims with electronic attachments, automatic telephone reminder service, and a lot more. A lot of my colleagues tell me their office managers quit on them after a short period of time as they find their software too complicated to deal with. Our office manager Martha has been with us 20+ years and I attribute this to the ease of use, versatility of functionality, and support we receive from our dental software. EZ 2000. Simply the best!

Recommendations to other buyers: Buy it. Whether you are a small start up practice or a large established one. You won't be sorry.

Comments: The software is user friendly only with the basic functions. There are always small issues pop up, and the program crashes easily. The technique support is the worst - almost non-existing. Many times it takes several phones calls to be able to have someone call the office back. There is almost no immediate help if you need to resolve an issue right away. I would not suggest this dental software!

Comments: I wish I had done some research before cutting a check for this company. I paid more than twenty thousands dollars (including digital x-ray) and boy that was the biggest mistake of my career! It has been 3 years and since then, there has not been one single week that I would not have problem with this software. And whenever you call their, so called, customer service, they keep passing you on to the next person. I should have known from the beginning, when their tech guy came over the very first time to train us, he was completely drunk that we had to ask him to leave, because he showed more interest in my assistant than training. All I can say, we have enough headaches dealing with patients, we should NOT been subjected to more headaches like this! I am going back to my original software, no matter how much more it is going to cost me, I have had it with this nonsense. The only reason I changed software, was because the guy, who sold me the digital x-ray convinced me to buy a new software, " because it was going to be easier to deal with", WHAT A BIG LIE!!!!
