OverallThey're a good partner. They just need to help us implement the room reservation feature, clean up customer support and improve communication.
ProsThe mobile app, the reporting and the ability to forward calls to whichever desk you have reserved for the day.
ConsIt still can't be used for our meeting rooms. Also there have been quite a few customer service issues. But the software itself works great.
