AgilQuest worked well for me, and I liked it a lot.

Pros

It makes it very easy to book meeting rooms and see which meeting rooms were available on each floor

Cons

You cannot add a particular floor in your “default settings”.

They're a good partner. They just need to help us implement the room reservation feature, clean up customer support and improve communication.

Pros

The mobile app, the reporting and the ability to forward calls to whichever desk you have reserved for the day.

Cons

It still can't be used for our meeting rooms. Also there have been quite a few customer service issues. But the software itself works great.
