"Flexible and supportive"

**Overall:** Positive, customer service has been helpful; always available to ask simple questions and provide direction in the moment

**Pros:** Flexible and applicable; easy to add group notes; point and click notes make documentation quick and easy

**Cons:** Cannot edit intake documents to meet our needs; have inquired about being able to adjust intake documents to meet our format

"BestNotes Feedback"

**Overall:** Good. Help Desk responds quickly to inquiries. Would recommend it (and have already done so) to other residential programs.

**Pros:** Easy to use, easy to fix errors, color coding of appointments, quick responses from the Help Desk when needed.

**Cons:** New users cannot see calendar appointments from before their start date. This is very frustrating and difficult.
