No other has impressed me as much as 360/version 8. The design, learning features, built in technology, enterprise aspects, community, reach out options, and 'Mothership' all present an endless range of utilization possibilities. Upon the mobile app aspect being maximized there is no reason 360 will not be 'the' industry leader LMS in the nation. Do your program and people a favor and take a hard look at going with 360. A quick note regarding your comment regarding customization for end use: we find that most clients do not have to do a lot of customization - CareerMinds had a very distinct user base, highly unique needs, and a desire for your very own custom LMS interface (which looks amazing, by the way!). Having developed courses and teaching online for several institutions, I was very familiar with the leading delivery platforms for education. Edvance360 not only delivered the same components necessary to provide a quality online course, they did it at a much lower cost, and with personalized, friendly attention to Valor's specific needs. It's easy to learn and use, offers flexibility for different kinds of use, and is backed by a support team that is second to none. As a corporate training client, we need something that met the individual needs of all of our customers. Edvance360 gave us that. While we are still learning the in's and out's of the platform, it definitely has all the capabilities we need and even more so. We hope to take advantage of more of its features in the future. However, I wish it had more flexibility to allow instructors to reset student passwords without having other administrative rights. It's makes learning easier. Pros It's really weird, being a warehouse worker myself, that this learning management tool came in handy. I was able to learn what my supervisor needed me too. Cons From my experience, learning on this software was relatively easy. The only thing I didn't like was the design itself. If it were up to me, I would make the layout more colorful.
