TimeLive is an Online web-based integrated suite for Time Tracking, Time Off, Expense Tracking, Attendance, Billing, and Project Management. It is ideal for small companies to large-scale enterprises. Employees can fill their productive and non-productive hours, Attendance, leaves, and expenses so that their reporting managers can record their activities for payroll, billing, and project productivity. We've been using a local copy of TimeLive for 10 years and finally upgraded to the Cloud version!!!!

Pros

It's reasonably easy to use. Setting up Employees, Clients, and Projects is fairly straight forward.

Cons

There's a few UI glitches that I need to talk to Support about. And make sure to get a full quote as there's some hidden costs that surprised us.

I’ve used Timelive for many years across different companies. When I launched my own, I chose it again for its simplicity and flexibility: setting up roles and permissions is easy, and adding clients, projects, and tasks is straightforward. If you mirror your project planning structure, tracking becomes intuitive. The approval workflow is also a great feature—simple, yet highly effective.

Pros

Simple setup and flexible organization structure. For example, adding an external consultant using their own email address—outside the company domain—is quick and seamless.

Cons

The new reporting interface has improved since its buggy launch—thanks to the team’s fixes over the past weeks—but the UX/UI remains clunky, and the generated PDFs still lack consistent rendering.
