This really is an amazing dispatch system. Ease of use for operators, controllers, drivers enabling best service for our customers.

Pros

The transparency it offers our operators. The upgraded version even highlights nearest available driver so that customers can be quoted realistic wait time.

Cons

Cost - they do say that you get what you pay for - you defiantly have to pay with Cordic however it gets the job done!!

Its the best dispatch system :-) We wouldnt be able to operate without it!

Pros

It does exactly what its needed to - operators can book easily - customers can use app to book and its all integrated - easy to use functions and reporting system - continually evolving to business needs and demands

Cons

there is always a cost involved for all the extras they bring out- its a costly system to buy and maintain.
