Ease of use for operators, controllers, drivers enabling best service for our customers. Pros The transparency it offers our operators. The upgraded version even highlights nearest available driver so that customers can be quoted realistic wait time. Cons Cost - they do say that you get what you pay for - you defiantly have to pay with Cordic however it gets the job done!!
