And it’s always a huge pain getting things to look right. And if you want any flexibility at all, it’s also costly to buy all the necessary add-ons. I found EasyCart when I was looking for a solution to a basic customization for Woo – that literally is not possible without writing js. Not only does EC solve my original issue, but it is feature-rich and easy to set up and customize. I had a question about how to make something work a certain way, so I emailed EC support, and they replied quickly and understood exactly what I needed. In a world where it often seems like nothing works the way it’s supposed to, EasyCart is a breath of fresh air. Pros Easy to set up and customize. Great support. Cons I did have to write some custom CSS and a small js script for what we need, but the plug-in is excellent right out of the box. Cons Sometimes it’s a bit more rigid when it comes to customizations than I prefer, but otherwise there’s not much about this solution I don’t like. From presales questions through the free version and subsequent purchase of the pro version, all my questions were answered and all my concerns addressed. Amazing product. Amazing team. Pros I needed to find a new cart system for a client's website and after an exhaustive search, I kept coming down to just a few options that met all the criteria for this particular client. WP Easy Cart consistently showed up in the results and had some high praise from users. What made the decision easy for me was \[sensitive content hidden\]. Before I even downloaded the free version, \[sensitive content hidden\] was quick to respond to my emails and countless questions. After purchasing the pro version, he was amazing in his support; guiding me through the setup process and even helped me with tips for customizing our reporting. This is an amazing cart system helmed by an amazing team. \[sensitive content hidden\] is the best and you won't regret adding this plug-in to your site. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Platinum level service! Cons Setting up products can get complicated if your products are complicated (ours are) but once you overcome the learning curve, it's a breeze. The support is always timely and helpful. Even IT people need help once in a while and the team supporting WP Easy Cart has always been efficient and thorough when I have needed to call upon them. Pros I have implemented this software for three hosting clients now and in each case, the plugin has offered enough flexibility to meet my clients' specifications / needs without the "overwhelm" of many other eCommerce solutions. Cons If there is any down-side to the software, it's the difficulty I have had accommodating one client's need to allow for free local delivery within a specified number of ZIP codes. That functionality would be a nice addition - otherwise this software does everything we ask of it and more!
