Pros: Being able to monitor in real time where the teams of street technicians are, know the progress and fulfillment of daily activities. Improved travel management, thereby reducing travel costs.

Cons: The technician needs to be using the APP since using the browser on the mobile device we will not be able to see the location in real time if the browser is placed in the background.

Overall: We manage to improve the management of company resources, think of resources such as field technicians, equipment and transportation. We can now carry out the scheduling of the activities to be carried out with the client, knowing where the technician is in real time and already anticipate if there will be any problem with delays in closing the beginning of an activity so we can take some action in advance.

Pros: GPS routing. Be able to locate my employees to assist with time management, real time traffic helps to avoid traffic congestion

Cons: I have yet found a app for this that is user friendly for managing your employees. The user side app works ok

Overall: I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the market for such program as it really helps with workflow and to make appointments time windows

Pros: the tool covers most requirements for the service activity from Call handling to dispatching and service inventory management.

It also interfaced with the Service contract module

Cons: The tool needs specific resource for installation and configuration
