Znode is without a doubt the right long term partner with us. We had some bumps in the road through integration/build, but they were always cooperative and helped us get done what needed to get done.

Pros

Easy to work with, simple and intuitive back end tools. They have a great road map and seem to be aggressively working on the platform to compete more toe-to-toe with the big players in terms of standard features. The headless design of the platform will become more and more useful as we continue to evolve our technology and digital presence.

Cons

There are some common features that are missing that would be nice to haves. Since they are a newer company, our development partner was less familiar with some of the platform which we felt led to some reasonable delays throughout the implementation process.

Working with Znode was very easy. They were honest with what they could deliver and accurate on timelines on when tasks would be complete. Other companies I've worked with over promised and under delivered, with Znode it was the opposite. They went above and beyond to help with some issues. The team was also very quick to respond to questions.

Pros

Drew Shoe Corp needed a major upgrade to our ecommerce platforms and Znode helped us update all our platforms across 5 brands. The web sites are intuitive for our customers and the template is easy for our marketing staff to update. The backend feeds orders directly into our ERP system so our customer service staff has more time to do customer service.

Cons

There are some basic reports which are fine, but we would like some more details for staff to see. We are working with Znode on expanding the reporting functionality.

Z-Node fixed a lot of our problems that we had with the integration partner.

Pros

It just works, doesn't crash, minimal maintenance

Cons

Integration Partner is critical. They must know the business. They must know your software package you are integrating with. They must know business. The majority of the problems we had were with a 3rd party integration partner
