"Catsy"

Pros: Catsy has made it manageable to maintain multiple ecommerce sites and gives visibility to multiple office users.

"Unparalleled Catalog & Pricebook Publishing "

Overall: For prototypical b2b product companies, Catsy is a great choice. We setup a nifty workflow between our product managers, copywriters, art director and design and we couldn't be happier. It has a friendly user interface and a few of our product managers jumped right in and started using the app without training - kind of unexpected.

Pros: Catalog building, pricebooks, brochures and content management. I like how easy it is to refresh marketing copy, images and charts. Before Catsy it was a slow and painstaking process to update product specifications. Now our product managers update the specs and they are updated across all our catalogs.

Cons: I am in InDesign a lot. I make changes to copy in InDesign and push it back to the ONEsource content management (database). This works when I do it right after editing text. But sometimes I forget. Wish there was a way it reminded me?

"Catsy is very good at collecting and collaborating"

Pros: It was easy to use and the integration was great. Simplified a lot for user.

Cons: At times it would not function or zync correctly

"Catsy- Best Bang for Your Buck (and best service too)"

Overall: 1. Organizing all our product marketing information into one centralized location (marketing text, data sheets, artwork, photography, videography, etc.) 2. Streamlining our item setup and customer setup process so we can export product information directly onto retailer item setup sheet formats 3. Reducing errors

Pros: - Had the largest range of capabilities (including managing actual retail item setup templates) - Was designed by individuals who understood the U.S. retail market, with tools to help those who operate in that space - Also has capabilities for E-Commerce management

Cons: There are still aspects of it that feel like they're "under construction" and designed for programmers. Some aspects of the user interface are not super intuitive, but luckily their service is top-notch so I'm able to get all my questions answered.

Reasons for Choosing Catsy: Price was almost the lowest, but capabilities were stronger in the areas that were important to us.

"Terrific Software! Took half of my month with marketing down to 2 days."

Overall: Casty has great customer service that has taken car of any needs we had and surpassed expectations! They took my 3 step process of updating our catalog, website & sales sheets into 1 easy step. Tasks that took me 1-3 hours in the past now take less than 5 minutes!

Pros: Simplifies our marketing tasks. Before Catsy I would have to go in Adobe Indesign and update our catalog with new products or corrections, then go to our website and do the same. Finally make sales sheets for our sales people. With Catsy I enter a new product and within minutes I have all 3 tasks completed where it would normally have taken 1-3 hours or more.

Cons: Nothing, any problems we had they were able to work though and find a solution. Anything we asked for they have been able to accomplish

"Fast and Easy"

Overall: Catsy took a huge project and made it easy! We saved lots of time using Catsy and were able to get better results from going with Catsy rather than without.

Pros: Catsy was great for our 700 page catalog. Automating this only took a few months! We loved using Catsy and have more plans to continue using it, for our business it is perfect!

Cons: Sometimes it crashes if you are not too careful but the Catsy team is always on it any problems I have get fixed right away!
