Good basic CRM that tasks out the day to day operations clearly and effectively.

Pros

Allows a common calendar for all users that can be edited and contains good detail for reference. Property management and creation is simple and effective. It allows us to link to our site and various property sites quickly and easily.

Cons

It needs to modernise. It should be directly integrated with social media and link directly into our employees mobile calendars. Perhaps an app? Allowing more features to easily connect with clients and match them automatically.

I'm in the telecommunication sector and I must really confess, 20nine has really been beneficial to me when it comes to reports and also a memo

Pros

There are a couple of things I like about 20nine... They are as follows ; It is very simple and easy to use..and very accessible No learning curve... even without any tutorials, you can easily find your way around the platform The platform has a very great Ui and Ux, and also very great customer service. Extremely affordable solution. Can manage clients, sales, communication, and documents all from one place.

Cons

For now, I do not have any bad experiences on the platform hence, I love everything about 20nine
