We are able to track all PM as well labor and parts for our equipment. Pros Ease of use Cons Not able to use with NetSuite unless everything is in NetSuite. Pros Easy of use. Screens very easy to move around. Making changes in one screen makes changes in all associated windows, saving time and hassle free. Cons Remoteness of the head office. I enjoy working and learning more about Fiix and ways it can be configured to better my growing company. Pros Ease of use and configuration. User friendly system with smaller learning curve relative to other software systems. Cons Heavy on CMMS Asset management (as designed) but the Procurement side can use some upgrades/improvements (commenting as someone involved more on the Supply Chain/Procurement side). Having the capability to let anyone submit requests from there phone on the app is a huge plus. It does more than we thought it would right from the start. Cons There are many bugs that are being ironed out. Tracking PM services, repairs and repair cost can help identify equipment that may have outlived its useful life. Cons I wish that there were more videos about how to work around any issues/problems while using a Mac with this software. Pros I liked how easy it was to create items within this system. This will be a great system for a new business, existing business or in our case, a rapidly expanding business. Cons I have not found many "cons" within this system, yet. I'm not an everyday users but all the problems are going through me. The customer support is excellent, I had to call you many times during the years for training and questions. Overall, the users seem happy with the solution, use have growth during the years, the main factory at first then all the factory (4). Cons We experimented some bugs especially on the french version. Cons I wanted to see when I did something last, and I didn't know how to find it. Also when I can't close out a work order, sometimes the reason I can't close it isn't in the list of reasons. Pros I like the Dashboard and also the recently updated calendar-it is way better than before. The video and technical support is available in the website that makes me easy to set up the software. Cons I didn't see a feature that allows the Work order to starts its hour when open or scanned . I mean that when I scan or log in in the WO the time should start charging to that work order. Pros Fiix is a great app to support your maintenance plan, it allows to keep asset inventory, maintenance plan, and history of use. Also it allows to plan and manage your spare parts supply.
