I am not very good on the computer and I call Dan quite a few times to get help & I have to say he was most accomodating & helpful. It is very easy to understand and use. The Help section is quite detailed and if you need additional assistance, the author is extremely helpful and very quick to respond if you Email him. Our Church has used this software for quite a number of years and as we have had several treasurers and assistants who have had to use the software they have found it very friendly for the newcomer to this kind of software or the professional, whichever the case. Provides great reports and can export data to its counter part program ACCOUNTS easily. Excellent customer service; Dan is quick to respond to questions. I like the fact that it is simple and straight forward , no unnecessary gimmicks that can be intimidating to some that have no or little experience working with figures like my Pastor. To make a correction is very simple. Reports are very detailed and easy to read. The support system is fantastic. I was so glad to find this software. DONATION is easy to use, and very reasonably priced. I use it in combination with Quickbooks Nonprofit, because it is easier to print receipts than QB, and while QB is non-profit, it is not specifically tailored for churches. Very easy to use. Support is prompt and helpful. If there was one things that I would say is a con is that changing between years can only be done one year at a time. I particularly like the ability to produce individual reports of donations during the year, and distribute it automatically via email. It has greatly simplified our tracking of donors and creation of the reports for both the Donors and Managers of our non-profit. As we help slum kids in the Kenya it was very beneficial to find a product that meets our needs - not costing in thousands $$$. It is an easy to use program which enables us to keep track of donations and print yearend donation receipts. The tax receipts include all information needed to meet current government standards. Administrator Used the software for: ### "Great for Small Organizations" October 25, 2013 4.0 For a new or smaller organization this is a great tool. It is easy to set up and to use on a daily basis. It makes year-end tax receipting a fast and simple procedure. The reporting tools are quite extensive. We have been using this tool for many years. The only drawback we find is that it is not available for Mac. To overcome this, we have had to install Parallels and Windows on our Mac. In particular we have never received any tech support inquiries from them for assistance with reporting, which is really quite comprehensive and flexible according to most of our users. It make record-keeping and creating reports very easy. The help menus are very useful. We try to use "Help" first, but personal service is great if we can't figure something out. It is easy to setup and use and unlike most software these days it is exactly what it purports to be.
