They charged $15k a year for Platinum service which meant that you could reach someone any time. That was just fiction, it was impossible to get help when the software had a problem. They are a terrible company, steer clear. Pros Integrated financial reporting was nice. Cons Customer service was non existent, customizations were expensive and broke all of the time. Terrible company to work with. Then they added huge licensing fees later as well as very high support fees and as per above the support was awful. Pros This is a very flexible enterprise program. We used it for inventory, purchasing, sales, accounting, payroll, e-commerce, and more. Cons The developers and support team had terrible English. For the amount we were spending on customizations and support, we expected better communication. After the initial buy in, we were nicked and dimes constantly.
