Pros Powerful if you know what you're doing. But figuring it out takes a really long time. One company I worked for had to hire an entire employee just to manage Marketo. There are quick to answer and questions I have and if they can't answer it right away, they always get back to me with suggestions by the end of day. Really appreciated. Cons As we add more users, it has been difficult for new people who are not familiar with our custom setup to learn Marketo. There is definitely a slight learning curve.
