This EHR is extremely user friendly, didn't take long at all to get used to it. Customer service is exceptional. The only thing is you have send a "ticket" for any problems. However, any problem is handled quickly.

Just implementing any new product is a pain. It takes time to get used to WRS.

The UI is very appealing and easy to use. The functionality of moving in and out of certain areas within a patient's record could be mapped a little better. Overall a really good experience.

I had difficulty learning the billing system, except sending the bills, which is quite easy. The solution for me was having WRS be my billing agency...problem solved!
