Value for Money

Pros: I've used this from the perspective of an applicant. However, I also work for an organization that uses this software as well (though I've never worked in the backend).
Compared to other some other hiring software I've experienced and seen, I did like it for the most part. It's relatively intuitive.

Cons: The interface can be a little frustrating at times but for the most part everything is easy to use.
One of my personal pet peeves is that you have to re-type everything in your Resume out all over again in the many different forms, which is very time-consuming for job seekers. I am uncertain as to whether or not this is a developer choice or an organizational decision, however.
