Pros

UI is excellent, and I like how you can import your calendar and that automatically loads the projects you are working on.

Cons

Lacks integration with our ERP, but can download data in excel, and upload, so it's a good workaround.

Harvest is not the only time tracking tool we've used (also used Toggl), however, it's one that is intuitive and easy to get started using quick with very little effort. Our company has a number of active projects happening simultaneously and this app has help several teams within the origination stay aligned.

This makes it incredibly ease to monitor a teams expenses and time without the individual emails I used to send.

Cons

Everything is tracked by a project so that makes it difficult for one off situations.

We use harvest for time tracking, invoicing, and estimate sending but it really offers the best bad option out there. There are too few integrations and the UI is poor.

Pros

This interfaces and apps are simple and intuitive. Rarely have we had a transition to a new tool be so painless.

Cons

They moved away from a single user focus to more on small to medium teams. For freelance work were I'm the sole developer it is not as useful.
