Pros: -The ability to create custom filters and tabs and then search for customers depending on those.

-Ability to quickly add activities and then review status or import the entire thing to an excel sheet.

-The support has been very helpful. When setting up our helpdesk on Freshdek, we needed all our deals and data organized for us. Pipeline deals support helped us on getting the data in the right format and at the right time.

Cons: Our helpdesk is running via freshdesk. We are unable to link freshdesk tickets to our deals on pipeline deals.

Overall: Our company uses Pipeline deals for Post sales CRM. We have a lengthy post sales process which includes customer installation of our hardware, online training for customers, subscription renewals with customers and warranty follow ups with clients.

In order for us to make our product successful for each customer, it is very important that our team proactively reaches out to the customers regularly to help them out with our product. With each customer attended properly, it results in subscription renewals and product success. Pipeline deals made it an easy task for us. We can schedule our follow ups and add activities in the activities tab every time an interaction takes place. We can also add our custom options and update them on pipeline deals (e.g warranty dates, training status, customer satisfaction level etc). It is easy to see which customers need to renew each month by applying filters.

Comments: My company has used Pipeline Deals since around the time they started. We were a very early customer. I started with one sales person and have moved up to about 10 today. The system works great for this size sales team. It's not cumbersome to use as a central system for a small team to stay organized. I highly recommend it to anyone with a sales force in that range. I can't speak to it's scale above that as its my experience up to 10 active reps. They have taken what was a massive set of things reps would need to do in some of the other online systems (lets call it OVERKILL) and boiled it down to activity, opportunities, and centralized performance measurement. Its got all the bells and whistles you need... while not overwhelming you (as the sales manager/owner) or your reps with tons of required extras that clutter their ability to move fast and keep selling.

Pros: The BEST small biz sales relationship management tool we've used (7+ years now every single day) Very intuitive interface. Amazingly powerful API (if you want to code connect it to your own systems) Great customer support team (you talk to real people, in the real office) Extremely powerful list filtering and saved reports tools Constantly adding new features and enhancements to make it more powerful without more "clutter"

Cons: The actual "finished" reporting built-in for sales performance, historicals, trending, etc is lacking quite a bit as far as "management" type reporting goes [its almost all list based reports, no roll ups, etc... you can see everything, but its not presented in any customized executive way, reason I think it works well for smaller teams. But without better aggregation, I dont think it would be fun to manage 25+ reps on something like this]. (It can be done with outside graphing and custom tools using their API but not everyone can do that). Real-Time, Customizable, Formatted Reporting for "summary/trend management" would make this thing a 10 out of 10 !

Pros: I love the communication part of the services because you are able to share deals and the tracking capabilities are awesome For instance If I add a Person it will let me automatically create a Company and then from there I can create a Deal and track the progression. The reminders of task, agendas and scheduled meeting calendar reminders allow me to have a flow of business throughout the day. I have so much more to learn - PipelineDeals has training at least two or more times a week and they also supply all different training modules. I have a terrific contact that is a live person for a Success Coach who is more than willing to assist our team.

Cons: One area would be better is that now I know to create the Person 1st and the Company will be created right then, however not all the company information shows and so I need to create and retype all the information again, like the address, phone number, email etc. Then two addresses show up. It would be nice when you create the person you create the company, deal with all pertinent information at the same time - then when you add a new person to the deal all that information populates for them that is attached to the company and deal. Also the ability to isolate the deals lost so they do not show up in the whole list-but they are there so your percentages of win-losses are calculating.

Overall: My job as the Marketing Adviser is to schedule appointments for my team. I have only used PipelineDeals the past 4 months. It is an absolutely terrific way to keep on top of deals falling through the cracks, calendar schedules, my tasks and agendas. They even have a phone application. I know once we get all our calendars synchronized my job will be much better. PipelineDeals is a great asset to have to carry on my work, as I work remotely in Minnesota for my team in Southern California.

Pros: Journey mapping throughout the deal process was clear and easily traceable throughout the sales cycle. Clear indications of the health of leads as well as the ability to integrate events and notifications into your workflow were definitely a plus point.

Cons: Integration with third-party applications and software is minimal, support is unfortunately only localised in the US so international clients will have significant delays in customer service. Automation is also severely limited, forcing users to be very manually focused in their day to day tasks where other service providers have the ability to automate menial tasks through the platform to increase the time spent on productive work.

Overall: Overall, PipelineDeals works well as a manual CRM system, however, it is very easy for the system to become a mess of conflicting information as third party integrations and automation for menial tasks are close to non-existent. This means that unless users are incredibly reliant on quality control of their data and input, which as human error comes into the process becomes difficult to manage effectively. A suggestion would be to have the system pick up and associate new client contacts with the business domains and suggest in the system where the person should go, rather than defaulting to creating a company that doesnt exist which then has to be manually edited to the correct company.

Pros: I do like the way I can split out my incoming client roster by deal, person, or company. I appreciate that I'm able to create upcoming tasks based on any of those categories.

Cons: I find the way deal/person/company is split out into tabs (and otherwise into a table view) to be cumbersome. I think some deep, clever, interesting, strategic user experience based on how real people would like to use this kind of tool would be key for bringing PipelineDeals to the next level. I also do like that i can bring in LinkedIn bios into PipelineDeals with a Chrome extension, but I do wish two things: 1) i could do that for companies as well as individual people, and 2) i could be offered a way to edit the info quickly before i submit it into PipelineDeals. Example: i use Evernote, and the plugin allows me to choose a page to grab, but before it's done it allows me to change the name of the note, add tags, etc.

Overall: We use PipelineDeals to manage incoming new business leads / potential clients. We typically get new requests and then input the information all at once into each category (which is cumbersome-i would love to be able to open person/company/deal as one step, as i have lots to copy/paste into the forms-it would help to have all that possible at once as I get the information piecemeal from emails, linkedin, etc.)

Pros: Customization Column selections under the "Agenda" tab allows for flexibility in the "look." Very useful when looking at work in cue. "People" tab provides same flexibility and makes it easy to find leads/contacts for various needs: Status, Source, Activity. etc. For the visually oriented reader the "Calendar" is a great organizational tool and contains all the right information in an easy to read format with optional "Month, Week, Day" layouts. Once one distinguishes the difference between "Contact" and"Lead" the power of the link is tremendous time saver. The "Activities" field is flexible and allows for cutting and pasting data from other sources such as emails. Great tool to track past conversations and to document activity. Many other great features: Search tool, report options, and scheduling feature to mention a few.

Cons: The layout in the "Contact Info" box is awkward and unclear. Contact, Owner, Company (Funeral Home) information is interspersed in an illogical way. The layout of data fields under the "Custom fields-other" bar is massive and difficult to navigate when looking for a specific item. It is a jungle of data fields without a clear path. It appears that to learn how to use specific features of this package you have to leave your current page. It would be helpful to have hint/definitions {drop-downs] embedded with critical fields similar to the "Status:" field. Ex: "Type"-Contact does not link to Digicon, Lead links to Digicon. Takes a lot of time to master the basics.

Overall: Excited to know that this tool is part of a continuum that can save time and improve accuracy. Hopeful that layouts will improve to the point that information is easy to find and easy to read.

Pros: UI is very intuitive, the excel style dashboard on companies/ deals/ people is great. Its a solid CRM that does most of what you need from a CRM.

Cons: 1. PD does not log changes made on the fields, and on some part that it does, it is not easily accessible / extract-able to build a report from. I.e. Qualification status at Company level, can be "To be Qualified" -> "1st Qualification Meeting Done" -> "Qualified in" or "Qualified Out". The fact that PD does log field changes, makes it difficult to report on overtime progress. What can be reported on is limited to the current snapshot.

2. No automatically calculated field for Enforcement. i.e. Deal amount is equal to $X from product A + $X from Product B + $X from product C, it will be great if deal amount were to be changed, PD can prompt a message to enforce that the $X from Product A/B/C is also updated and sums out properly.

3. When creating an Agenda, there is an Agenda Type. Once the Agenda is completed, the Agenda Type detail cannot be retrieved, PD will only show the Agenda Title and Description.

Overall: Overall, PD works sufficiently to meet 80-90% of what we need. The lack of logging of data on field changes do make some reporting difficult.

Pros: This software is very user friendly. You can easily fumble your way through it, and even those who didn't grow up with computers ("pre-millennials"). The functionality is VERY customizable. It is fantastic that the software is cloud based and can be used everywhere, and the customer support is truly an awesome team. I have worked with Pipeline Deals for over 3 years, and I managed an entire team on it. It really is a fantastic sales software and a fantastic company to work with.

Cons: The negative is (which is not super negative these days) is the pricing model of a monthly charge per user. This makes is a little challenging for newer companies to afford it. However, I think they have various pricing models today and some that are more affordable. There is nothing free about this software in the world of free "intro" accounts.

Overall: Great for getting up and running with leads and sales and a database of info. Super fast to respond to training question, etc. Really like these guys.

Pros: The ease of integrating pipeline into our daily routine when making calls and following up with our clients. With the preset notation in our activity feed it is just a couple of clicks with the mouse to fill out our notes for that client. The ability to share "Deals" and to follow up when one of us is out of the office on a business trip or vacation. When we are on a trip having the app available on our phone is also a very nice feature. There is peace of mind knowing that the hard work to manage relationships with our customers does not end if an employee is fired or quits working for us.

Cons: Pipeline is not ready to sync with our Go Daddy email account, so we continue to push our emails to our home page in Pipeline Deals. Then we have to make sure they are entered into our activity feed for our customers through the home page.

Overall: Before we used Pipeline Deals we were using paper and pen to keep track of our client relationships. These notes were easily lost in the shuffle and we had no hard reminders for us to follow up with our clients. Now we are able to keep our office focused on the needs of our clients and to pursue new business.

Pros: Ease of use and capabilities. Customer service. iPhone App. Email Tracking. Email interface.

Cons: Calendar doesn't sync with my Outlook or iCal calendars. There is no 'Click to Dial' VOIP option. Historical view under a contact or deal is a little cumbersome and wonky. Does not have SF's capability in customizing the historical view, Person view, company view.

Overall: Having used SalesForce.com in prior sales/marketing roles, it is hard to deny SF's dominance and superiority in the CRM space. However, it is equally hard to deny that SF is the highest priced solution available, especially when you factor in the investment of time and consultation fees required to tailor SF for your specific needs and preferences.

Given this we began a diligent search through the CRM jungle to determine if there was a CRM solution that offered most of the same capabilities as SF "out of the box", for less money. Our matrix of candidates winnowed down very quickly to Pipeline Deals. PLD provided all of the SF type capabilities that we needed, such as email tracking, mass email tracking, account & deal history management, remote access via iPhone App, Deal stage tracking, customization, and excellent customer service. So, all of the attributes and capabilities that we admired about SF were present in PLD, but for much less money, and with a much easier set-up process, and with a much better and more accessible customer service team.

PLD has been an exceptionally good CRM for our needs and expectations at a more competitive price point.

Pros: Is fairly easy and quick to master the basics, with plenty of extra power available to dig into as you get experienced with the platform. Has allowed me to keep much better track of contacts and my communication / activity with clients and prospects. The ease of setting up different filtered 'lists' (e.g. opportunities, pending proposals, commissioned projects etc.) and easily adjusting filters 'on the fly' is one of my favourite features.

Cons: When we first imported our data from a different CRM system we did experience some difficulties - with some accounts people associated with different (wrong) staff members. So, I think this is something to talk to the Pipeline Deals support team about proactively UP FRONT - i.e. to maximize your chance of the switchover going smoothly

Overall: Overall I find it a very good tool - my challenge really is just to utilise the full range of features. i.e. I'm sure there are even more great ways I can use it still to be discovered!

Cons: The morning coffee report lacks data that would be useful for actionable items. Wish it could be personalized and customized to show the data I want each morning. Can't easily see a company's "last activity" in a report if said activity was not directly on the record (example on a person or deal attached to the company... in company list views it would show incorrect "last activity")

Permission controls would be great to be more flexible (its all or nothing per user)

Overall: We love it. The API is very robust so anything that can't be done in the app can be coded to integrate and work for our own custom reports and integrations. We were one of the earliest customers and have been using it for 8 or 9 years very actively.

Pros: After trialing 5 different CRM providers, we found some to be complicated. Others required too much manual entry. For me, PipelineDeals met our requirements because it is straightforward to use. In our experience, PipelineDeals' customer service appeared superior with response time and support. Many CRM companies require you to use their knowledge base and do-it-yourself, but Pipeline Deals offers live chat, email and live support (no automated attendant, you call and a live rep answers!) For our small business, great support and quick answers to our questions encourage us to use Pipeline Deals consistently and use it better.

Cons: Wish there were more integrations that made it easier to connect to other programs. I also think the mobile app could be better.

Overall: Overall, I like PipelineDeals. It's a good combination of utility, value, and good customer service.

There is NO other option than Pipeline Deals for CRM as far as our company is concerned!

Cons: In next release, I recommend having a user-defined access level for Executive users to ONLY have access to certain work-groups assigned to them for certain projects, and not limit this feature to Managers with users that work directly under them.

Overall: We have been a customer with Pipeline Deals for many years. We are extremely pleased with the quality of customer service and continued growth and development of the application. Pipeline Deals is such a useful tool that we not only use in our global ministry, but also our Christian Resort and multi-national corporation. We have NEVER had any downtime or experienced any inconvenience, so Pipeline Deals has EARNED our 100% trust as our preferred technology tool to manage all of our contact data.

Recommendations to other buyers: This is the BEST CRM product that I've seen on the market its a powerful tool. Make sure you use ALL the features that are offered to you to maximize this awesome application.

Pros: The ability to cc the service on emails and have the contact immediately integrated and updated in the Pipeline dashboard is extremely helpful to track not only yourself but the rest of your team and progress on past and current conversations. Additionally, the ability to add contacts directly from LinkedIn makes it very easy to add contacts with extra steps.

Cons: It is easy to get unorganized on the platform and once that starts, it can be a challenge to get everything back on track. Because the search bar is very exact in its search results, it can be easy to miss targets with different potential spellings or with apostrophes and other symbols in their names which can lead to creating duplicate profiles that go unnoticed for some time.

Overall: Overall, the service has been invaluable to us as a small organization. Especially in a small company that experiences turnover with apprentices and interns coming through in sales roles, it has been extremely easy to make sure conversations are not ignored or missed.

Pros: I have been using PLDs since 2010. It took me about two days to set up a custom sales tool that meets our specific needs to manage the sales pipeline, and I am not particularly technical. Sales Force told me that I would need a consultant and about 2 weeks to get this done. Over the past 8 years PLDs has implemented many refinements and improvements and new features. Underlying all of this is the excellent support provided in the form of the knowledge base, video tutorials that are byte sized, and support agents who are knowledgable and personable. I can buy software from anywhere. My choices are based on what happens when I have a problem. Pipeline Deals excels at providing great support!

Cons: This is not really a PLDs-created issue, however I use LinkedIn to generate leads by importing a contacts picture, email address, phone number etc. Around 2014, LinkedIn has changed their code and PLDs was unable to support this feature. I really miss that feature.

Overall: I manage a global sales network. I use PLDs to manage their sales process across many time zones and geographic locations. This tool has helped greatly to understand what is happening and where.

Pros: Here's what I like about pipeline deals: First, it has a very intuitive user experience - it makes sense. Second, It is very customizable so that you can tailor it to exactly what information you're looking for. Third, it integrates with Mailchimp which we also use. Fourth, you can easily search companies, people, and deals as separate items.

Cons: I wish that it would have a little bit more integration with other programs. It has some integrations, but for instance, it does not integrate with our project management software so we can't automate certain functions that in a perfect world, we could.

Overall: Pipeline deals has been very accessible, it's very affordable compared to other products, and now that they have their new app, there's not much to complain about. Customer service has been great, and it doesn't have many glitches.

Pros: -Great support service, friendly, fast & effective

-Easy to learn, it has a lot of potential to personalise it depending on the company needs

-Great value for the price, specially if we compare it with other software, much more expensive and in which the learning time it is a bit longer

Cons: -Constraint in terms of reporting, they have developed an API for excel to export personalised reports, however I believe more functionalities around reporting should be developed

-Tutorials and webinars are mainly focus for beginners, it would be nice if you develop some more customer support for those who have been using the tool for a while, I believe the tool is a bit lack of this kind of material

Overall: We could personalise Pipelinedeals enough to suit our needs as a company, specially in terms of sales information management, we did not acquire the CRM tool yet . We are able to manage our deals and leads in a centralised way.

I strongly recommend this tool, it is modest but effective. I strongly believe the team behind it is passionate about their jobs. They are releasing new functionalities every while and customer service is excellent.

I think it is the perfect fit for small/medium companies.

Pros: Ease of use across all platforms including mobile make the sales reps ability to use this for look-ups, recording notes, task and deal management very simple.

Cons: forecasting is not great from a management perspective, the ability to manipulate the forecast into a hierarchy that goes from rep to manager to VP etc is non existent unless you customize it. Also major account management where you want to have access to political spheres of influence on an org chart for example or interconnected deals can not be done without attachments

Overall: Pipelines solves the issue of providing the reps with an easy to use and quick solution to account and deal management whether in the office or on the road which provides no excuse for not adding relevant data as it happens or shortly afterwards resulting in more time to sell and more available data for management.

Pros: This software is easy to use and customizable. It doesn't cost as much as some of their competitors, but does a ton to track deals and projects. I also very much appreciate the ability of their programmers to incorporate a suggestion fairly quickly and they are always looking for ways to improve the software.

Cons: It can be a real pain to input all the information from business cards we receive. It would be super helpful to have an integration that allowed your phone to take a photo and scan in the information to upload to Pipeline Deals.

Pros: Pipeline Deals has a clean interface. It's easy to use, and from the perspective of a manager, it's the sort of thing that somebody who isn't too technical (or organized) can still use efficiently. At the same time, for people who are excited about CRM functionality and drilling into client data (like me) there are some powerful tools to really target exactly the set of clients you want.

I also like the fact that when you call user support, a real human being answers the phone who is able to resolve your issues for you on the spot.

Cons: The only real issue I have with Pipeline Deals is I'd like a way to set priority on tasks either by colour code, or being able to drag and drop their order top to bottom on the calendar and agenda.

Overall: Having used some of Pipeline Deals competitors, including one of the biggest names in the CRM field, I find Pipeline deals to be a perfectly suitable CRM option with great user support.

Pros: PLD is intuitive to use and it can be customized to best fit what you need. Console management is great to use, it's easy to set tasks and follow up with leads. PLD syncs with our email (Google Platform) and so it's simple to track emails through the CRM and see the activity history. Logging calls and other manual data entry is straightforward. As with most CRMs there's multiple ways to accomplish and manage what you need, I personally find the "Deals" console (customized to the fields that I want to see) is the most useful, and tasks associated with deals are sorted in chronological order. Deals without tasks show at the top of your console (eg hot deals ready to close). Ability to color code with the status also helps with prioritization.

Cons: Reporting capabilities are not as robust as I'd like. For example, you can currently only set parameters on a report based on a positive value and not a negative value i.e. "if ___ = "XX" ~versus~ if ___ does not = "XX" "

There are also a few minute glitches in the system, and a few areas which efficiency can be improved (eg when creating a deal, have the primary contact on the company auto-fill into the contact field on the deal).

Overall: Overall, I've had an excellent experience. Their customer service is very prompt and helpful if you ever have an issue. There are numerous plug-ins available from 3rd party vendors if you want additional functionality (eg click to dial).

Overall: The only problem I have with Pipeline deals is, there is so much to learn to take advantage of ALL of the benefits of Pipeline Deals. I don't mean in a bad way, I mean I am using Pipeline to the max for what I need it for. I would love to learn more, but time is an issue.

Other than that, This is one of the best deal tracking systems I have used. Being in the sales industry for 30 years, that is saying a lot.

Oh yeah, your support team Rocks.

Our representative is one of the kindest, most attentive person you have working there. You have had her in sales & support, among other things & she NAILS IT every time.

This is big , she actually asks if she could call or email back if she doesn't know the answer off hand (which is almost NEVER) so she can give you good information.

LOVE HER. She is AWESOME.

Cons: not too sure.. maybe cannot 100% customise the function. but this is not an in-house built CRM and so far it works perfectly for me and i believe it will do for many small medium business.

Overall: without this software, we have no better way to manage communication with customers, we are dealing with hundreds of new and old customers everyday, and we only need 2 or 3 employees to do that. everything is recorded in the deals and we know what is going on (without relying on our memories). Communication between team members is fanstasic, we dont even have to work side by side to communicate.

Pros: It's a great customer data base software. Very easy to use and user friendly. If you know Excel at all....it will be easy to pick up on this.

Cons: Lacks for producing many sales graphs or tracking demos to specific customers. You have to somewhat trick the system for you to know who you demoed to and when.

Overall: Overall it's been pretty good. They are responsive when you call and are willing to help you through any issues. They don't always have the answer to the problem....but they do all they can to figure it out when possible. There are probably more thorough CRM's out there......but bang for the buck, I have to think pipeline deals is one of the best "values" out there. Most of the CRM's we looked at had a lot of cool features that nobody would ever use. We didn't want to pay for things our reps weren't going to use.

Pros: It keeps everything organized and easy to update. You don't have to go to edit and then save just simple click on what you would like to update and hit enter. We have numerous appointments and we have to be on time, pipeline keeps me on time!

Cons: the reports could be a little bit more user friendly, I would like to run a report for a certain entry without having to select the whole field and it doesn't seem to want to do that. other than that it is a great tool for our business.

Overall: We are constantly having to call set appointments and followup calls with our clients and without pipeline I would be lost. The days of the black binder and writing down all the appointments is over. This way when I update something my whole team can see the update so they don't repeat the process I just completed. If you don't have a system in place that keeps your clients informations safe, organized, and easy to manage get this one! If you do, through it out and get this one!

Pros: It was written to be user friendly and effective. It is organized and allows the user to use many different options. This customization is very effective. Since I am the only person which does marketing for my company I need something like this to help stay focused. Pros: I really like how you are able to have all notes and conversations in chronological order from the deal/contact page. It helps you stay on top of what is going on with the individual or deal. The system is not overwhelming like a lot of other CRM systems i have used. I think it would best fit with small-medium size sales teams.

Cons: I really wish that there was some type of automatic customer engagement built in. Maybe some a text messaging feature. Also, I wish that we could be contracts in the system that can automatically go out using a signing service. From what I know, these features are offered.

Pros: We've used Pipeline Deals to create the very first CRM for our small business. It's helped our sales pipeline become much more organized and enable better tracking of projects from lead to close.

It's extremely easy to use, especially toggling between contacts and deals, and creating a new person/company/deal all at once.

I export the data to create sales reports, and have been happy with the smoothness of that process. We've also recently started using MailChimp for email campaigns, and the two programs communicate well.

Cons: The price per user license isn't cheap, so we haven't set up everyone in the organization - only the 2 key personnel.

With the email integration, a good number of emails get attached to the wrong deal. The algorithm reads the names of other people in the company and attaches them to other deals, so I intermittently have to clean up the data, which is somewhat time consuming. Haven't figured out a way to avoid this.

Also, I'd like to be able to save different list views more easily than the software allows.

Overall, very few complaints!

Overall: P.D. has allowed us to organize our client contacts, track our sales pipeline, and overall better manage our direct sales program.

Pros: The customer support is good. I like the Deals section. I think it is excellent the way it organizes the sales pipeline.

Cons: The connection between company record, deals record, and individual record. Something seems awkward about it all. The information about the person's company and their names do not always seem linked among these three parts of the database.

Overall: Pipeline Deals is a reasonable CRM. I've used SalesForce, Hubspot, Insightly, and Zoho. Pipeline Deals rates well with all of the above. I would argue its Deals section is superior to anything else I've tried. On the downside, I believe other CRMs have done a better job with linking the organization with the person globally. E-mail is decent, but there is not a good way to take an incoming mail in from my email client to the contact record. Outgoing email works well and lets me use my mail client so there are not messy third part integrations needed to make my out-bound emails look professional.

While the interface can be a bit convoluted and reporting perhaps more complicated than necessary, the support team is very responsive and the development team seems to continually work on improvements and adding functionality.

Cons: PipelineDeals REALLY needs easier options for finding and merging or eliminating duplicates. This functionality is sadly lacking in what is otherwise a fairly friendly and cost effective CRM, and has been missing since we began using the product several years ago. Discussions with Support Staff have not been fruitful in this being added to the development list.

Pros: The ease to setup the software based on our requirements. At the time the requirements were fairly basic, however this increased over time and PipelineDeals could adapt to our growing needs easily. We achieved the end goal of having PipelineDeals the centre of our sales activities.

Pros: I like that my client base gets my blasted emails.

Cons: I don't like that my company has only a select few of "Administrators" that have access to our entire database of clients. Therefore it is inefficient, in a sales office, to have a hold on this information. When I look for new business, I have to wait days for the "Administrator" to provide me with if this is open business or another salesperson is already working with them.

Overall: The benefits I have realized is that this is my CRM. I am able to see all of my clients on one website. This is helpful for me to focus on open deals with to-do lists, have a calendar/agenda of what is due and when, and project how much money we could be making with the deal tracker on my dashboard.

Pros: My only experience with a CRM was at a fortune 50 company. It was an in house system that was so difficult to use that no one used it. The 7AM Monday sales meetings were spent trying to understand what each person had put into their CRM and why it was reporting correctly. Needless to say- having and using a CRM was never on my to do list. Having hired an outside sales consultant to build our sales team, I was told a CRM was imperative. Having looked at a few, pipeline deals was recommended to me from a friend in EO. The big guys are way too expensive and bloated for what we needed. Pipeline deals has exceeded my expectations on all fronts. With regards to using the software and its capabilities, I feel like I just opened Excel and am thrilled to learn about the SUM() function. I haven't tapped into the full features offered yet, but I know they are there when we are ready. As for now, I'm very pleased, and everyone can use the software without any training.

Cons: It would be nice if there was a slightly less feature rich program at a reduced price. Again, compared to other CRMs, this one is a no brainer. I would say training, but there are a ton of videos and emails asking if I need help and that's all on me for not taking advantage.

Cons: The date sorting. It is limited in how to get the dates on reports swiftly or comparison of years. OR maybe, It is operator error on my part and I just do not do it right.

Pros: Great customisable Dashboard. Easy external email management. Task management is so simple. Love the custom fields!

Cons: If I had to be picky I would say it would be good to have more custom fields we currently only have 20 on our plan but we could just upgrade to premium so there aren't any cons really!

Overall: We all love Pipeline Deals here at Fluent Headquarters. It does exactly what we need it to. Great, customisable dashboard to keep track of all our Deals and excellent email management integration to make sure all external emails we are sending and receiving stay tracked within Pipeline Deals. It's simple to use and doesn't over complicate something that shouldn't be complicated!

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are looking for a piece of software to manage your contacts and keep track of account management tasks then I would highly recommend this product. Simplicity at it's finest!

Pros: Software is easy to use, but could be more explicit in each category.Example , in stage category, there should be an update section instead of having to go to activity or the deal summary.

Cons: The software falls short in allowing you to input all information needed for the deals. consequently you have to fall back to the summary and expand on the deal there. Example , deals with multiple term offers.

Pros: Pipeline Deals has the right idea when it comes to a CRM for small businesses. What I liked most about this software is

how well it works with Excel. Some people look at excel data sheets and get overwhelmed. Pipeline deals shows your data in a more friendly, easy to read and understand your data. It allows you to manage your contacts, emails, sales, calendar, meetings, etc. All of your work in one place which makes managing your sales easier, and connect with your customers on a more personal level, this allows you to meet your clients goals, needs, and wants.

Cons: Pipeline deals has an error message that reads,

You've reached the 10,000 record display limit. Set filters to narrow your results. This is not helpful at all for anyone.

Pipeline deals is not compatible with an old outlook app, and outlook calendar does not sync with pipeline deals, this is inconvenience and hard to keep up with syncing pipeline deals calendar to the outlook calendar. I dislike the fact that you have to use an IMAP outlook account.

Pipeline deals does not allow you to track emails when you add people to your cc, it only allows you to track one email contact at a time, unless you create a campaign, which in most cases, we rarely do this.

Pipeline deals customer support line only limit to basic knowledge on how to do something, if there is a technical

issues beyond that, the C.S.R then needs to create a case and have someone get back to us, and in most cases, the technical person can not help.

Overall: Overall experience with Pipeline deals would be in the middle of satisfy and unsatisfied. If the issues that I can across were handle with more concern and fixable, then I would be 100% satisfy. I feel that the issues I can across will not be fixed and this is why I am 50/50.

Pros: not too complicated - some CRM system have lots of extra unnecessary features

Cons: historical search through contact narrative is not perfect, for instance, if I forget a person, but I met her in Cincinnati, I can't scan my whole portfolio for "Cincinnati"

Overall: I have used Pipeline Deals daily for 2 years. We handle my software sales leads, our language company, my wife's seamstress business, and our Airbnb rentals on this platform. Easy to use, not too complicated. Just the right mix of features and simplicity. Customer support is instant, competent, and friendly.

Recommendations to other buyers: I think this is for small business - it does not have the integrations of Salesforce

Pros: The team at Pipelinedeals listens to us as clients and tries to cater to how we use the software, helping to improve our efficiency around it. We also provide feedback on innovative ways we use their software and they share it with their clients.

Pros: I like the flexibility and customization of the software - our ability to be nimble and implement feature that benefit my sales team quickly, and even in real time is impressive, and it supports the team wonderfully! We are better able to deliver on our service commitment and meet our goals as a result!

Pros: PD has quirks like any CRM, but it's easy to customize, easy to clean up records en mass (via excel uploads...less so within the system), and overall is pretty well rounded for a browser based CRM.

The customer support team is quick, and on a couple occasions have gone incredibly above an beyond for us.

Cons: The integration with MailChimp isn't great. Only other complaint is with the error message received when importing duplicate records. It's great that PD recognizes dups, but the error reports don't provide the record's unique ID number, which can cause some issues here and there.

Overall: There are more robust CRMs out there, but for the price point and ease of use if you're looking for a straight forward CRM Pipeline Deals gets the job done.

Pros: Pipeline has assisted my organization to effectively designate our sales approach and follow-up with our most juicy customers. We use the Pipeline Calender feature to properly manage sales calls we need to make ,and everyone on the sales team can now properly track all of our most important projects.

The entire sales team stays on the same page , as every sales person is able to read notes left by others on every profile page ; ensuring they simply need to continue from where their colleagues stopped and avoid repeating sales milestones already accomplished by others.

Pros: Personally I like how easy it is to access all of my deals with just a couple of clicks. Also as an inside sales representative, in my particular profession, I do not see a lot of leads that I need to follow up on so the ones that I do need to follow up on are that much more important. Pipeline Deals helps organize and reminds me daily about which leads I need to follow up on. It also allows me to make custom notes and set various times and dates in which I am reminded to follow up.

Cons: I haven't used Pipeline deals for a long time, but one thing that I would like to be able to do is upload my quotes onto pipeline deals. It would be nice to have that information attached to the customer's profile for quick access.

Overall: Again I do not have a lot of experience with Pipeline, but what I do have I really enjoy. It makes it very convenient to follow up with leads which is important to me.

Have used the product for 7 years and I think it's the best CRM out there by far

Pros: Amazing email and Link tracking on outbound emails. Best support in the industry. They understand the sales process adult the software package around that.

Cons: The Android cell version is not as robust as I would like but frankly I never use it anyways since the cell phone has two little real estate to be a value

Overall: AGreat Many.... Let me count the ways... An outbound emails the tracking is in real time so they click on an embedded hyperlink be at a YouTube video a PDF whichever you know in real time. There's built-in redundancy and overlap here which is actually quite useful. As splash screen is generated in real time when that activity takes place. In addition there's a icon with a chronological indication of who clicked on what and thirdly you can go into the deal profile and see everything that they put down whenever you choose. The integration with Google for work is tight and very well done. There's an icon that goes into Chrome that allows you to click on it and when someone has connected with you on LinkedIn it auto-populates your pipelinedeals with their contact information saving you a lot of copy and paste activity from LinkedIn. When are various team members have to look at or touch her file we know who has done what when in a way that's very intuitive. The software learning curve is trivial for new people coming on board. The tech support is American based and primarily young ladies with nice voices. If you have a problem they actually give no attention at solving your problem. I can go on and on but the best sale is using the product for free for 2 weeks on a trial version. I have used the software for 7 years and it's my favorite software it's made me a lot of money.

Pros: Easy to use and customize, also the cost. We got in in the beginning and are grandfathered in to a cheaper rate, but even the current rates are still competitive.

Cons: No IP address restriction, this is a security concern. Database can not be locked down from access outside the organization.

Overall: In past organizations I have used Salesforce, SalesLogix, Goldmine, etc. Pipeline deals gave us what we needed without being overpriced. It's easy to use, customizable and we've been very happy with it. Some of the other CRMs were an overkill with all of their features, half of which we didn't need and they were costly.

Pros: This program is easy for users to begin using and to travel to different pages/functions. We also like that the report function can be customized to our needs then exported for use in other ways (mailing list, follow-up, etc.)

Cons: There used to be a feature to schedule follow-ups with leads onto a personal calendar. That was helpful and would like to see that come back.

Overall: We don't use all the features, as we have an extremely short lead/purchase cycle. We also don't need to track how much $ we make through every lead. But I'm sure those features are nice to have for those who do.

Pros: Mostly, I like that I can create reports based off of several different types of data, from custom field data to monetary figures.

Cons: Least of all I do not like that one can't remove past users. We can create an archive team and place them there, but their data and names show up in places where deals cross over still. I'd like to see an option where we can either completely migrate their data or delete totally.

Pros: I like that I can customize the deal fields to match our specific business needs.

Cons: Not a whole lot in terms of "Reports". Sorting people and deals via the "lists" works just fine, but I would like to see more customizable reporting options. It can also be a slight pain that the search box does not query all custom fields.

Overall: Just awesome. Its nice to have a system that just works. PLD has been with our company from very early on and been able to grow and adapt with us. We use a 3rd party API to move data into a field-production system once a trigger is set - which makes things very efficient.

Pros: PieplineDeals is incredibly easy to customize and use. We have over 100 PipelineDeals users across our franchise group. EVERY user has made it clear that they would not be able to track sales progress as easily as PipelinDeals has made it.

Cons: There are no real cons to PipelineDeals! I only say this because when there is a feature that is not already built into the program, you can put in a feature request and the development team will add the feature.

Cons: Anytime I've encountered a problem, it's either been solved or added to the developers list. I do wish I could do more customized reporting, but then again I probably haven't studied enough to know what I can do.

Pros: I do like that it allows me to set tasks and follow updates, as well as appointments. Also that this activity transfers to a monthly calendar so at a glance I can tell if I'm on target for activity and quickly project what my signings should be based on activities. Creating my own reports is a real aid to follow up, especially on hot prospects; thus more efficient.

Cons: Not as efficient as it could be. Duplication of files as well as unnecessary duplication of effort (extra keystrokes) which waste valuable time. (ie: you search for a prospect name and it shows no such person, instead of storing that data, the user has to retype it again to add the person to the database. If I add a new prospect and create tasks and complete in same day, I have to add the task, make my notes than go out to homepage, click on prospects name to than mark the task as completed in order for that task to show up on my calendar page...same for events added and completed in the same day. It works fine if I list taks/events on 1 day and work on them on a later date.

Overall: Overall, it's not a bad system and very helpful for following up on sales activities--essential to the job. It's a very good, basic system. I had previously been trained on salesforce from prior employment, so am accustomed to more efficiency. I loved their charts and graphs, as well as the funnel for production and donut showing levels of call activity. (I like more visuals) Perhaps you have more capability than I am aware of, as I'm not sure I am as well trained as I need to be. I wish there was a tutorial that walked a new user through how to use ALL the features in stages; beginner, intermediate and experienced so that I know I am taking advantage of all that this system has to offer.

Pros: We love the ability to assign territory, accounts and leads to a specific group or individual this eliminates people contacting the same merchant. We are able to know when an account needs follow up, we can properly document the process and paperwork throughout. Nothing falls thru the cracks with this. I love being able to upload excel files quickly. This also allows us to drop market emails to merchants as well.

Cons: This is definitely more expensive than similar crm systems but you get what you pay for. If your a small organization might not be for you.

Pros: This product allowed me to store my sales pipeline in one place. Pipeline deals is very user friendly. I was able to track and record my progression in wins and loses. It made reporting so easy. I like that I didn't lose any client information like I used to do prior to using this program. It allows you to store all information in one place and it updates in real time. I started making more money on deals when I started using this program because it kept me organized with my appointments. It really streamlined my sales process. The customer service is excellent as well. The agents were always so nice and helpful and it was always a smooth process when I had a question about how a new feature worked.

Cons: I really never came across anything I didn't like about pipeline deals.

Recommendations to other buyers: I love that pipeline deals basically brought my sales pipeline to real life. I was able to updated my client files and deals in real time. Pros: Pipeline provides a centralized database of sales opportunities where those opportunities can also be tracked as wins and losses. The wins can then be tracked through the onboarding and production cylces. In our business, this has proven to be a powerful management tool where all team members have visibility to the data. Data can easily be exported into reports and shared amongst team members. Quote turn time, delivery time, win percentages can all be measured and reported. Pipeline is a multi-faceted engine that can directly improve efficiencies and enhance visibility of the health of the business to management.

Pros: Easy to sort and create custom lists. Great way to track and store information.

Cons: There is no way to create lists based on multiple factors. For example, if I have 2 customized drop down lists and I want to create a list based on two factors from those lists being present it is not possible as Pipeline will pull all entries that have either factor present but not just the ones with both.

Pros: Loved this software...I used it personally, but my company uses Salesforce and I didn't have time any more to double my efforts of activity keeping so I had to leave. I loved the graphics and that it was so intuitive!

Cons: That my company doesn't use it! Salesforce sucks, but they are large enough to handle the Fortune 500 companies.

Overall: I recommended Pipelinedeals to all my networking contacts...loved it!

Pros: It's relatively easy to use and manage. Has a number of features that allow for customized views and reports for better focus in daily sales activities.

Cons: I would like to see a better or easier integration with Outlook.

Overall: I've used a number of sales and CRM tools and have found PLD to be my favorite. It's easy to control and customize to my needs and delivers a lot of capabilities that really enhance my ability to get the job done.

Pros: I like the ease of use and how I can chat them when we have any issues. This software keeps me organized and I love the reminders I can set.

Cons: What I like least is there are too many views. You can look up by people, company, email, etc. Too many views to look at and they all show different info.

Overall: We are able to keep clients structured and find their files with ease. We definitely benefit by it cutting down on time.

Pros: We moved from using ACT for 20 years and by doing the trial for a month and studying the online videos and training we made an easy transition to Pipeline. No Regrets in changing. Out technical staff is also happy as they don't have to worry about our upgrades or weekly syncs. Plus the system has some features we did not have before.

Cons: The biggest issue is the ease of printing. Currently that only means printing labels for mailers /postcards. Of course you can do by doing mail merge with excel and word but it is a little more time consuming than just clicking a menu option to print (and of course learning how to do if not done before).

Overall: Overall we are very happy with the change to Pipleline Deals.

Pros: The design layout is consistent across the board so the UI is easy to get used to.

Cons: The Search function is terrible! Unlike Salesforce, the search function doesn't let you see all the results on a single page. You can't easily see all the deals, companies, or people associated with the search term. You have to choose each one and if you got it wrong then you have to research.

Overall: My experience with PipelineDeals has been decent. It's easy to use but lacks functionality and customization. I would like to be able to create in the background so I can make the CRM work the way that I want.

Pros: The install and link to outlook is and easy process

Cons: At times it loses the link to the outlook email account and people have to manually reset the Add-in and tell the software to re connect.

Overall: When the application is working it is very nice. tracking in bound and outbound is easy. the reports and Deals are very clean and east to read. However at times outlook drops the add-in connection and we have to reinstall and re link the program.

Cons: It is very difficult to search by address. You have to go into a people list, modify the columns then search. You should be able to search by an address is the main search field. The app is also not the most user friendly.

Overall: Overall, its a good program to use. It helps us keep track of customers, ongoing jobs, and past jobs and customers.

Pros: This was an awesome tool for my international team of 8. It kept us all organized and helped with transparency and progress of deals. This helped us grow probably more than any other tool. It gave us clarity on where to focus and helped in a lot of the experiments we were running.

Cons: There was a little clunkiness in setting up custom fields and I felt a few things could be made more clear. Onboarding could be a bit more simple. I had to repeat it with someone a few times before I got it but once you get it, it's very easy to use.

Pros: I liked that I was able to customize my options and drop downs. It allowed me freedom to build as my needs and client targets changed.

Cons: Imports. The mapping process was a bit time consuming I suppose there is not too much that could be done about that though.

Cons: No major cons. A few key features inside the software, such as business card scanning and possibly mapping a route for salespeople, would be great but would only extend the value of PLD.

Comments: We used this program for two years with our sales staff of 11 sales employees. For the price it is a good CRM, it allows for multiple projects under one client while also allowing for different sales reps to work with the same client, tracking sales by Rep. The layout is intuitive and features manual call tracking.

Pros: The sort lists for exporting leads and sales reporting are easily customizable and allow for complex analysis.

Cons: There is a lack of internal proposal generation. We moved away from Pipeline to work with a program that incorporates all aspects of automated client interaction tracking with the proposal generation software included. With the pipeline, we used an external word doc for quoting and uploaded it to each client's contact. I much prefer a system that captures all areas of the estimation process within one program.

Pros: The software is as easily interfaceable as any other CRM out there. If you are a first time user of CRMs there is no learning curve. Very self explanatory.

Cons: Because of the available, knowledgeable customer service I have not found anything wrong with the software itself. Once a problem I was having was explained I always saw the reasoning for the programming.

Overall: My overall experience is that PipelineDeals, because of its superior customer service and intuitive functionality of its software, is very enthusiastic. It will soon be a leading competitor to Salesforce.

We are happy with the overall program and it meets all needs for managing our business database.

Pros: Scheduling and tracking is easy; communication with other team members is good; ease of note taking; we've been able to follow up with prospects more effectively.

Cons: We would like to use more color coding or schemes for our customer profile pages and the calendar. With several people on our team it would help with visual organization.

Overall: It is a great management tool for our team as a whole and to manage our database. Customer relations is key to our success and it helps us stay on top of it so nothing falls through the cracks.

Pros: Super simple interface. A lot of features but not overwhelming. For a CRM program, it checks off all the most important items when maintaining your customer base.

Cons: Would like to be able to generate campaigns straight from Pipeline.

Overall: Having used quite a few different CRM's, this Pipeline program is wonderful and simple and best of all, their customer service is superb. Definitely recommend.

Pros: I am able to track leads throughout this software and create reports. Through this program I am able to determine deadlines and status's of our project.

Cons: There are limited options sometimes. Additionally I am not able to search for PO#'s/addresses. unless they are within the title.

Overall: If I had a personal business myself I would use Pipeline as well. It's an efficient tool.
