For the type of deals and breath of customers that we have...I could not imagine a better suited tool for the money. It has the flexibility to be modified yet provide a core set of functionality to keep up with our sales.

Pros

Flexible, structured, and just the right amount of ease of use for wide adoption.

Cons

With so many layers of customers...we can't tie them together in a hierarchy very easily.

I don't have a bad word to say. The customer service is faultless. Pipeline deals are progressive and constantly tweaking their system for better functionality. Clear and easy to use and priceless to our company. Which makes their pricing the cherry on the cake. Thank you Pipeline deals for taking the stress out of my work. I recommend you to everybody.

Overall, its a good program to use. It helps us keep track of customers, ongoing jobs, and past jobs and customers.

Pros

Easy to use, has an app, can upload documents to files, cloud based

Cons

It is very difficult to search by address. You have to go into a people list, modify the columns then search. You should be able to search by an address is the main search field. The app is also not the most user friendly.

It is a great management tool for our team as a whole and to manage our database. Customer relations is key to our success and it helps us stay on top of it so nothing falls through the cracks.

Pros

Scheduling and tracking is easy; communication with other team members is good; ease of note taking; we've been able to follow up with prospects more effectively.

Cons

We would like to use more color coding or schemes for our customer profile pages and the calendar. With several people on our team it would help with visual organization.

Pros

EVERYTHING! Customer support is second to none and the software is extremely easy to use, while also being robust!

Cons

What's not to love!? PipelineDeals is easily the best CRM out there! The customer support team listens and takes action to correct any concerns that arise.

it helps to group new cxs with tags so that you know what they are interested in or where they are located. We had to create a second PL account for a new branch of our company. it would have been easier if we had the tools and options to achieve this within one PL. PL support is usually very knowledgeable.

Pros

The ease of Navigation and the Options when adding deals and people.

Cons

could use more auto fill options. and a search by address option.

I came from a company that used Salesforce and I loved it. I feel that Pipeline is not as user friendly and doesn't have all the options I really liked with salesforce (mobile app is a biggy). I think its weird that I can't adjust my close dates - its sales...it changes. As mentioned earlier, I don't like how you have to enter a POC first - I lie on a lot of mine. For our type of sales, I can come up with so many ideas on how it could help us more - for example - unless I filter through (which is time consuming) and run a report - I can't "start over" for 2019 with my sales numbers. This CRM is suppose to save me time - not really. Maybe for a quick glance at my main page but for 2019, its not accurate. maybe our company hasn't had the best training and we just don't' know what we don't know.....

Pros

Its a place to track my wins, losses, and quick look at what I have in my sales funnel

Cons

I don't like that you HAVE to fill out the POC first. When you're cold calling - you don't always know that information. I have to use a fake one that I keep re using.

Poor customer management and support. Poor product management and planning. Negative experience.

Pros

Easy to use. Allows for custom sections based on different company needs.

Cons

Product plan is horrible. They created a customer page and didn't translate some basic functionality from other areas of the software that are crucial for use. Functionality is not consistent across all pages and sections.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the product it is very helpful in keeping my team on the same page and up to date with each other in real time.

Pros

I liked that I was able to customize my options and drop downs. It allowed me freedom to build as my needs and client targets changed.

Cons

Imports. The mapping process was a bit time consuming I suppose there is not too much that could be done about that though.

I like it we came from ACT CRM. It is a lot easier and way more accessible.

Pros

It flows well with what we do once you get the hang of it. I like that it is cloud base and I can access anywhere including the app on my phone

Cons

It seems a little clunky at first when your trying to figure out how to use it for our business. I still have a lot to learn about the features but some of the things I am trying to get to my reps seems like there could be a faster way.

Have used for three years. Numerous years of custom CRM and database programs. It is easy to navigate around and very intuitive to use.

Pros

Easy to use and input data. After a quick introduction, do not need additional training so can just dive right in.

Cons

Search is a little cumbersome at times especially if someone has used () or abbreviations. Have to think like the person that put in the data.

It's easy to use but doesn't give you much.

Pros

It is intuitive to use. The screens are self explanatory.

Cons

Very limited functionality. With the basic package there is no ability to mass email, the Outlook plug in causes Outlook to crash and the LinkedIn integration is absolutely minimal. There isn't even a feature to check for dupes.

My overall experience is that PipelineDeals, because of its superior customer service and intuitive functionality of its software, is very enthusiastic. It will soon be a leading competitor to Salesforce.

Pros

The software is as easily interfaceable as any other CRM out there. If you are a first time user of CRMs there is no learning curve. Very self explanatory.

Cons

Because of the available, knowledgeable customer service I have not found anything wrong with the software itself. Once a problem I was having was explained I always saw the reasoning for the programming.

I tried out Salesforce, Highrise and several other CRM apps before going with Pipeline Deals. I feel like CRM packages like Salesforce have way too much stuff/junk and it feels way over built, on the other hand packages like Highrise have virtually no customization and lacks essential features. I am a creative person not a salesperson and I've easily been able to adapt their software to my sales needs. The best part is I can create sales templates to remind me to follow-up and track which of my sales leads have the best return on investment. Since I've started using their software I've been able to keep track of my opportunities and close more deals. I also forward my e-mails to Pipeline Deals, this way I can keep track of all the communication going out or coming in for deal. I can also keep track of which people are associated with the deal. If someone calls me and I haven't spoken to them in six months I can quickly find out what we were talking about.

Pros

\- Adding custom fields is a snap. - I like the social networking features associated with my contacts - The lead and deal templates save me a lot of time keeping track of who I should contact follow-up on my sales. - Customizable interface.

Cons

I would like the Pipeline Deals team to create a project management software as well. Currently I use the Tasks and Events to-dos in the Deals tab to track project management items, it works great for me.

What i find difficult at times, is to edit the person for example the home address etc, also when a person has more than one deal, at times if you post whether it is on the person side it does not link to all the deals or its vice versa I cannot recall at the moment

Having used quite a few different CRM's, this Pipeline program is wonderful and simple and best of all, their customer service is superb. Definitely recommend.

Pros

Super simple interface. A lot of features but not overwhelming. For a CRM program, it checks off all the most important items when maintaining your customer base.

Cons

Would like to be able to generate campaigns straight from Pipeline.

If I had a personal business myself I would use Pipeline as well. It's an efficient tool.

Pros

I am able to track leads throughout this software and create reports. Through this program I am able to determine deadlines and status's of our project.

Cons

There are limited options sometimes. Additionally I am not able to search for PO#'s/addresses. unless they are within the title.

I don't know how I kept track of anything prior to Pipeline Deals and my business would suffer greatly without it.

Pros

I love the tracking! I stay so organized by using PipelineDeals because it tracks everything for me. I also would not be able to function without my todo list!

Cons

If I had to choose it would be price. Maybe in the future the price can go down with more users?

I am able to add accounts with ease and update them as necessary. Overall it is a good system software.

Pros

It is very user friendly and easy to use.

Cons

When typing in a name for the search you have to be precise in order to find the account. If you are not it won't find it. Also, I don't like the auto-populate aspect of it. I don't think it is necessary and not helpful.

I've worked with about a half dozen CRMs. PipelineDeals is far and away the best when it comes to customer service which helps a lot if you're managing the system yourself. The UX is super-easy.

Pros

Great Support, easy to use, Solid Functionality

Cons

They are constantly adding new ones, but having even more integrations with other software would be useful.
