We have been able to accurately keep all of our clients and prospective clients records organized. As long as we input out notes correctly, anybody in our organization can view the status of accounts.

Pros

I love how user friendly the software is. I also love the great customer service I have received through chat or a phone call.

Cons

I do not like how you cannot "un-merge" if you accidentally merge a person. I wish that you could easily get rid of duplicates without having to pay dedupely extra money or going in and manually merging duplicates.

Pros

It is simple to use and gives me the options I need.

Cons

It works easily on a computer but is frustrating when using it on an IPad. It appears there are two different protocols it interact with the software. I work in the field and enter my information after each interaction using my IPad

If you are looking for a simple lead tracking system, this may be a nice product for you. However, if you want to do more than track leads and start really generating proposals, products and services, you may need a more robust system. Worth a look and worth talking to the sales folks.

Pros

What I liked most about this product is its simplicity and ease of use. It allows for multiple projects under one client and still allows various sales people to work with the same client. You can track the sales by the sales rep. The layout is easy to use and the app has a manual call tracking piece.

Cons

What I liked least about this product is its simplicity. It's a double edged sword in this case. It lacks the ability to generate proposals. You will need an external system to create the proposals and upload them to the client. This could be a deal breaker for some.

The best I can see using Pipe lines is I am able to Track everything on Pipelines . All emails, contacts,Invoices ,estimates etc... Everything is there handy and easy to access.

Pros

Let me overview and keep Control on all projects since from start to finished and keep all history of projects and people related to projects ,contact etc....

Cons

To be honest do not have any complains

We have been able to track our sales and create company wide sales goals. We can look at our sales teams progress as well find our past customer and their buying trends.

Pros

Before Pipeline we did our tracking on spreadsheets, now Pipeline allows to look at year or compare past years very easily!

Cons

The APP is a little different view than when you sign on with desktop version

I love pipeline deals because it’s like I can access my office from anywhere or from any device.

Pros

The ability to pull reports based on specific data you load. The types of reports you pull are basically unlimited.

Cons

I’d like to see a more condensed version. A condensed overview. The fields could be a lot smaller and easier to use when you build the data.

All of our BD folks are using the system, whereas before, only one was. It's been incredibly helpful as we create sales plans going forward. Would recommend this product!

Pros

Ease of use and customization. Anyone can use the software, and it's nice there is a mobile app. A lot of customization is available, but not necessary. Also like how they are constantly coming out with new features.

Cons

Customer service - our first rep was amazing, but it's gone down hill since then. Their chat feature is very helpful, though!

PD has fields to capture so many details about your targeted leads. It also has options to set up future tasks.

Cons

Some features are not intuitive and it currently doesn't sync with Reply.io the tool we've chosen for email marketing assistance.

I use this all of the time to track all aspects of potential programs. I haven't had experience with more expansive programs, but hear they are user unfriendly.

Pros

Ease of use and pretty powerful. It's intuitive to use.

Cons

Hard to search some fields and I don't trust the bcc function so end up bcc'ing to inbox and having to file each email separately.

Before I would have difficulty remembering to follow up with clients, but when I create an event it will send me a reminder, which has been super helpful.

Pros

Keeping track of clients, potential clients, and deals has not been easier! I love how I can filter the things I want to look for with ease. I highly recommend due to its efficiency in tracking every little detail.

Cons

I have not complaints so far about Pipeline because it has everything that I am looking for when it comes to tracking my clients.

Pros

I am really not a fan of the Pipeline deals software. We are currently looking into purchasing another system because of the limitations of pipeline deals.

Cons

There are many limitations, it doesn't allow accounts to be tracked together. It doesn't allow multiple pipelines to occur, accounts get lost in it, hard to see what other people are doing, customization is not great.

Small adjustments that should be possible, have not been (we need required fields (stage) that are not available, locking the scroll bar at top, faster navigation between pages, master deal ID's that can not be altered so easily, etc.

Pros

This software is great for single site operations.

Cons

This software is not designed for research Network Groups.

It was very positive. Loved the customer service especially.

Pros

We actually had a high adoption rate for usage because it was so easy to use and super intuitive. It was almost like a glorified excel spreadsheet. For a firm our size (35 employees) it was perfect.

Cons

Just minor things. No complaints really.

It will be great to integrate it with Apple email. It works with Google but I need to manage it with Apple emails and calendars.

My only wish is that they would add a shortcut to add a note. I wish I could do it from the list instead of having to open up the individual project.

Only during the covid year, I did use it to help the sales team for lead gen.

Pros

I liked the way it was pretty easy to find who I was looking for in the data base.

Cons

Since it is not really part of my job to use a CRM, I have not used all the features, and maybe not at their best potential. But it was not always easy to understand all the given features.

Using Pipeline keeps me from forgetting a lead and not following up. The "Schedule a Follow Up" pop up has saved my career a couple times!!!!

Pros

It is easy to enter and edit information in Pipeline.

Cons

The app is hard to use. It takes too long to drill down in information. Too many clicks to get a phone number. Agenda feature is not as good as the Calendar feature on the PC version.

ease of use - we have a team across three continents per user pricing - bring on and drop off people and the price changes It works - it has never failed

Cons

Still quite basic but it does all we want it to do and if necessary we can do stuff in excel via export and links
