This software has given our business the ability to maintain a closer relationship for our customers needs. Before this software we had to sort through hand written files and play memory games. Now anyone can easily open the software and locate a customer file on the go.

Pros

Pipeline Deals has benefited our company by providing a convenient access point to customer files. The ease of logging call reports and the ability for others to view these reports, helps to hold accountability.

Cons

Pipeline Deals is more of a stand alone software. They did adapt with our needs, but the migration with our Epicor Eclipse software has been a headache.

the lack of an interface to save contacts and consistently follow up on current leads with the deal creation. It has been good but a phone trace/record aspect would put this interface over the top. where a user could go back and listen to phone calls with prospects on their profiles.

Pros

Simply the Agenda feature and the allowance of adding contacts.

Cons

doesn't have a mining aspect to pull info for sales research.

very great experience right from the start from the very first meeting to all the customer care support after account set up. more hands on than any other application I have used before.

Pros

the ease of use we set up & got right to work. I also love the daily account snap shots helps me keep up tp date on all my teams deals & quotes

Pros

It is very simple to use. Software is up to date and a great database to keep record of all of our customers.

Cons

We use owners to linked customers to a certain salesperson and that option is difficult to fill in as it overrides when you tab through creating a profile.

We have increased sales! Using pipeline makes it easier to manage your day to day traffic and gives you control over all your leads.

Pros

It keeps all of your leads nice, neat and organized. No more scrambling around looking for a quote sheet or sticky notes for a customer. Also has great follow up tools so there is no need to remember to do something.

Cons

I can't really think of one. If I had to say anything it would be the ease of creating filters.

Pros

Ease of use. It services all of my needs as a small start up company. There are an abundance of features I haven't used yet. I researched and found this to be the most effective and least costly.

Cons

Not much It services my small amount of needs at this time. When I expand I will need to schedule follow up service calls etc. I haven't checked that capability out yet.

Pipeline deals has made my life so much easier since changing over from SalesForce. I have 20 managers and sales reps in the field across the Midwest and I needed something intuitive and easy to use in the field via iPhone app and I finally got it!!!

Pros

Ease of use and customer service.

Cons

App updates but that is normal

Pros

I love the fact that PipelineDeals offers a mobile app. This is huge when you're on the go and need to document important notes. I also love the fact that it allows you to save templates! If I am following up one day, I can use the same template across the board - this saves time! The chat feature for customer service is amazing! if you have a problem or question, they will answer it in a timely manner! NEVER had a long wait time when reaching out, which is rare to find these days.

Cons

Repot features - wish there were more options when it came to pulling a report.

We have realized many benefits by using PipelineDeals: keeping up with customers, keeping up with deals, reminders to follow up, etc.

Pros

The software easily allows us to keep up with the jobs that we have in house and keep up with what's on the horizon. It also allows to keep up with contacts, and see how other people in our company are communicating with similar customers.

Cons

I don't really have anything that I like least about this software.

I like the simplicity of the software along with the programability to fit my needs. Not a box type one way fits all.

Pros

Pipeline deals is very easy to set up and use. This is not one of the can-do-anything, everything-is-custom type CRMs (like SugarCRM or Salesforce) - it's a simple, but very useful tool. Things are intuitive - you base everything off "Deals" and move them through your funnel. You can also prioritize items and of course, keep notes on contacts and deals. If you just need a simple CRM, this is a great tool.

Cons

While it's easy to set up the software, there's not a ton you can do to customize. Within the typical funnel framework, Pipeline Deals is great. If you stray too far from that, you will end up with unmanageable work-arounds.

Pros

This product allowed me to store my sales pipeline in one place. Pipeline deals is very user friendly. I was able to track and record my progression in wins and loses. It made reporting so easy. I like that I didn't lose any client information like I used to do prior to using this program. It allows you to store all information in one place and it updates in real time. I started making more money on deals when I started using this program because it kept me organized with my appointments. It really streamlined my sales process. The customer service is excellent as well. The agents were always so nice and helpful and it was always a smooth process when I had a question about how a new feature worked.

Cons

I really never came across anything I didn't like about pipeline deals.

Customer service is outstanding, and the product has been a great addition to our company. I highly recommended it to any company looking to add a CRM to their sales and management tools.

Pros

Pipeline Deals is an easy to learn, and easy to maneuver around software. It was designed extremely user friendly, and really maximizes the value you get out of it relative to the effort it takes to use it.

Cons

It would be great if it could search by a zip code or by clients nearest to a particular address so we could map territories and set up routes based on geographical locations of customer.

It keeps you up to date with all of your deals and makes it easy to have all of your jobs at your finger tips. We can have several coworkers on one job, this system lets everyone stay on the same page meaning a better experience for our customers.

Pros

I like how easy and user friendly the system is. It does not take long to grasp the process of adding deals and using the tools to keep up with the deal status.

Cons

I do not personally add my emails into the system, but I see some colleagues that do have their email connected, and sometimes I see emails from difference jobs intertwine with other deals.

THis is a huge improvement over our past CRM. We evaluated a lot of systems and really glad we chose this one. Very powerful if you want to customize everything from the data and fields to the screens and lists.

Pros

Highly configurable back end and easy to use. We converted a lot of data from old CRM and were able to keep everything. Like the list filtering capabilities.

Cons

Some times the user interface can be a bit slow when updating data.

this is the first CRM software that we have used as a team that we have all agreed upon and been impressed with the functionality. So often people in companies have such strong feelings about the CRM system, I think it is a huge achievement for us all to agree.

Cons

I would like to be able to track email opens for more than just one person, such as sending an email and cc'ing another

We only use this as a contact database. Having the app is helpful for colleagues that travel often.

Pros

Easy to input info and it’s helfil that I can make list of specific groups.

Cons

There’s more capabilities on this than I need and it actually hinders my use. I really just need a CRM database without all the sales things. Always would be very helpful to be able to have a map with locations of all contacts.
