To be honest it took me a bit to learn how to do somethings. Its nice to see there are some training videos to show you how to do something but it would be nice to have a quick reference book or training. I've tried Pipeline two years ago and dropped it and started again just a few months ago. I've seen some improvements but one that I would greatly like to see is the one for the calendar.

Pros

Everything is in one location. If I need to look up a person I can do a quick search. Need to see what deals I have going on I can see those very quickly too. Also, like the ability to create my own star lists.

Cons

Color choice for the background can make some things hard to see. The calendar is very hard to see with white background. The option to choose would be helpful and so would to mark appointments with color s or something to stand out. When looking at a calendar I like to know if one appointment is something I should do the first thing in the morning.

Pipeline has helpes me to better manage my salesteam and keep them acxountable.

Pros

As a manager I most like the ability to quickly access the each agents list if customers from one dashboard.

Cons

The mobile app is worthless, this software would be 10x’s more usefull to me if I the mobile app gabr me the ability to look at one agent at a time and access their most recent additions ans activities.

Pros

This software is easy to use, friendly for users of all technical expertise, and allows us to track all needed details in one place! The integration with Microsoft Office for tracking emails is fantastic. The ability to upload and export files through csv is a must for our company and works so smoothly.

Cons

The only way this software could be improved would be to improve the deals page. It would be nice to have a different visual for the Deals in our company's pipeline -- something more visual and graphic than just a list.

Everyone is human and keeping track of all of your customers and names and meeting times and when to follow up can be stressful at times and tend to forget. With Pipeline the features it has to set reminders and the ease of adding names and people to a particular company relieves that stress.

Pros

Pipeline always seems to be expanding or developing new software and platforms for ease of use. i.e. phone app

Cons

I personally do not like the fact that multiple people can input the same information for one company and both be assigned the customer without getting an error stating this customer is already assigned to another salesman.

Pros

Ease of use. Access from any location. Interaction allowed between users.

Cons

Documentation of Email communication is too slow - and at times emails never are never added - it's hard to give exact examples of this but I can show where documents are not automatically added.

PipelineDeals helps managing the job offers and sales queries. It has nice looking pipelines where we can manage the offers received in various stages. It helps with the daily tasks management and the custom reporting too.

Cons

Would be nicer to have graphics associated with the deals in the stages. Helps with managing the stages and the deals within that easily.

Of all the CRM systems I have used over the years, Pipeline Deals is the easiest software to keep us on track and in touch with our customers.

Pros

The most useful components of Pipeline Deals for me is the ease of use for all of the customer management resources in a single place. The limitless updates options and reminders help keep the company on track for customer contact.

Cons

The main issue we have found with Pipeline Deals is the Campaign email. Once a campaign is set up if it nearly impossible to "tweek" the email for personalized purposes.
