I like using pipeline and I find it simple to use and teach to new people coming on board.

Pros

It is pretty easy to use. I like that you can customize the headers for your agenda, deals and reports so you only see the information that is important to you and your job function.

Cons

When your email is linked it duplicates information in the activities.

Pros

The ability for everyone to have access to every bit of information, but without being to cumbersome. Far easier to navigate than Salesforce.

Cons

Might just be me, but need to figure a way to have shared ownership over a single deal

From the initial implementation you'll gain a clearer insight to all projects and sales potential as well as their respective stages throughout the deal making process. This has been incredibly insightful for the inside, outside, representatives and management groups.

Pros

This is an intuitive platform which easily understood from the getgo. Capturing pertinent deal info it serves as a guide for any size enterprise looking to streamline sales process.

Cons

It is a cloud based platform so youll need wifi access at a minimum if your on the go.

I really like the fact that it allows you to grow with your development as you learn more about what you are looking for and what you are trying to track .

Cons

I wish that it enabled better tractability of text messages, Facebook postings, LinkedIn postings (and messages) similar to its tractability of e-mails.

I came into a business that was established and using PipelineDeals. It was easy to learn and I keep learning new things regularly.

Pros

I like that it is user friendly and easy to create new data into the software.

Cons

That if you are searching for a client it should give you the option to search by letter of last name. You need to enter in a few letters to get it to search. Sometimes you only have the first letter of the last name to search by. Especially if it was entered in by someone else.

When leads were imported from our previous lead system, the notes did not come over with the lead so it is taking awhile to manually move them over.

entering data of company, people, deals... Many CRMs can now add company details directly from name card scanning apps such as "camcard" This would be a welcomed feature
