I've used PipelineDeals for nearly six months when I was used to manage marketing at a start up and had to put a basic CRM system together. Pipelinedeals was very flexible and let me easily configure my data to see quick results. An engineer was easily able to configure API integrations with our website and email software.

Pros

This tool is very easy for someone who is beginning to use a CRM. The UI is extremely simple and gives the feeling of working with an Excel sheet Excellent and proactive customer service

Cons

The tool is quite simple and does not offer the high level intelligence that new age marketing automation/CRM tools offer

Pros

easy to use and find my way around, tracking is a plus but, when sending a email it sometimes does not show up until later.

Their are some problems with the soft with gmail and having service call back to fix a problem.

Overall the PipelineDeals platform is great for what I use it for. The app could use some work.

Pros

The navigational aspects. It is easy to find what I need when I need it.

Cons

The app doesnt allow me to see the description of the person I am calling. I use the description to let me know how to go about starting the conversation. It makes it difficult when I set up my call list in the morning for calls on the road.

Its nice that Pipeline is robust enough to accommodate our many clients and many team members using the software.

Cons

I'm not a fan of how comments are nested. It's not super obvious which is the most current comment. Additional the search functionality is lacking. I always seem to end up in strange deadends when I search for something. If I don't access what I'm looking for from the email I was sent, I don't find it.

Overall I am not dissatisfied with the system or overly satisfied. It does the job and thats all I can ask for at this point

its very simplistic as compared to Salesforce. SF just has too much.

Cons

When I click back it negates the aspects that I was looking at. Also, the multiple add on's for each search parameter is too much. The ease to scroll through the software is not very user friendly either.

On the surface there’s a lot to like about PipelineDeals. Despite some wasted space and curious design choices, the UI is generally clean and straightforward, and manages not to be overwhelming, an achievement in its own right. We like that. We also like the “home” tab, which provides an “at a glance” view of your daily agenda, latest activities, deals by stage, and other general information. It’s an instantly usable product. Dig in a little deeper and the picture gets more complex. PipelineDeals organizes people and companies into three main categories: “leads,” “deals,” and “contacts.” Leads are unqualified contacts that need some sales work: deals are concrete revenue opportunities to be won or lost: contacts are just about everyone else, and can be associated with deals.

Pros

At $15/user/mo it’s an attractive choice deserving of a good look

Cons

We’re not entirely sold on this trifurcation of contacts. It’s an old-school approach aimed at pushing contacts through an automated pipeline and it suffers from being too linear. It’s a sales automation tool, nothing more, nothing less

We were writing proposals and then never checking back on them to see what was happening. We were losing track of them. We've increased our win rate by over 10% just by staying on top of it. Pipeline Deals has helped us to track all of this.

Pros

It helps us track the leads and proposals we're writing. THings don't fall through the cracks anymore and that means better closing rate on sales.

Cons

The reporting features are not fully intuitive. But it's not too bad.
