My over all Experience with pipeline deals have been excellent. It Is very easy to move around and locate different deals.

Happy to use pipeline as opposed to Salesforce which was used in companies where I have previously worked.

Pros

Ease of use; captures top level account information necessary to quickly access details to manage your pipeline as well as prep for a call/ meeting. Other sales management systems are just too heavy for small companies.

Cons

Would be better if drop down menus were customizable.

Pros

The best feature of this product for my team is the ease of use within the collective group. I can upload documents to which my processors will have access to without needing to send me one off emails. We can update each other on tasks due, file status updates and milestones as well.

Cons

The only negative to this product is the lack of ability to upload more than one document at a time. There are typically twenty or more documents that we need to upload for a file. Because we have to upload each document individually it does take a bit more time to complete that task and move on.

I like the simplicity and the ability to customize after you are ready. Works out of the box and then you can get fancy later.

Cons

Organization of the list is a straight list, you can't make it into a hierarchy structure if you want to.

Able to show our company the projects that our site is currently working on. Allows communication with management without having to tie up each others time. Saves time reviewing the status of projects as we can update them as progress is made or when a project has been terminated.

Pros

From the time that I had access it seemed to be pretty easy to navigate the site and enter the information that our company was looking for.

Cons

Somehow my password changed without me changing it and it has been a nightmare trying to get back into my information. Between our company IT and Pipeline IT is should not be this hard to get back into my information.

Pros

Its a great CRM software with a stable engineering foundation. There is no jazzy features but you can easily extend using their cool API. Their customer success team is awesome, in facts its world class. ( I work with more than dozen of software vendors, PLD support is perhaps the best i have received so far )

Cons

Pretty much nothing to mention here. What ever they do is well thought thru and keeping customers in mind.

It's very intuitive. You don't have to take a day long training course to learn it. You can customize it to your specific needs. And the support is fast and helpful.

Cons

There are things I don't use but it's easy enough to modify. I just need to take the time to customize it to my needs.

Follow up with customers has become much easier. Looking at past activities per customer helps to focus sales.

Pros

Calendar feature is my favorite. Easy to keep up with appointments and easy to edit.

Cons

A feature to show reports during specific dates would be useful instead of 7 days, Month, quarter, etc... Would also like to be able to edit activities more than once.

Pros

\- Ease of recording contacts with prospects/accounts - Integration with outlook which makes documentation that much easier

Cons

\- Having to sign in and open the web page to record contacts (would be nice to have a desktop application, which has a built in CRM.

Let's start with the pro's that I have found out so far. 1. Very easy to use and very customizable which makes it easier to use. 2. Extremely amazing customer service. If you have questions there are tons of ways to get a hold of them, their chat platform is great to use for simple questions. 3. Great exporting features. Now what I think they could do differently or add. 1. Add some sort of lead scoring platform that tracks prospects and leads through the buyers journey. Make this an automated process as activities are added to an account that hasn't converted to a customer. 2. Add more Mailchimp capabilities such as being able to draw the mail chimp scores or fields that are attached to a list. I have a lot of custom fields in Mailchimp and Pipeline that don't sync up. Pipeline could easily compete with the more expensive platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo or Hubspot if they would expand a bit and add new services. Obviously for an extra cost, but to an SMB that can't afford a more expensive robust system it would pay off. Pipeline is a great CRM, alot of room to grow though.

This software has a lot of features I haven't used just yet. It takes a little time to learn but so far it has performed great.
