Easy access to current deals, recently closed deals and overall forecasting. Much better than Salesforce.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use and that it’s very easy to train my sales team on this use of this platform vs other CRM’s like Salesforce which can require multiple training sessions.

Cons

I like the software. It works great so I have no cons.

Really like it. It comes at a price, but it allows me to keep myself organized and better focus on my business.

Pros

As a sole proprietor, I have a LOT on my plate! Which makes it difficult to keep track of my relationships with clients... and especially with the several potential clients that I'm talking to. Pipeline Deals is so helpful in keeping me organized.

Cons

I wish it was a little easier to use at the start. That being said, once you're in the zone, you won't be able to live without a CRM.

some parts are really helpful and others not so much for me at this time. they might all become more helpful the more I use it and understand it.

Pros

the ease of referring back to old sales calls to make sure I followed up on everything

Cons

finding some of the customers. I think it has more to do with reece not getting all of the customers put in right.

Ease of use and integration. You can quickly and easily jump from deals to company to send an email.

Cons

The one thing that I don't like is that if you want to view more on one email, it expands the entire communication so you have to scroll to get to the people associated with the company.

Our entire company uses this - from the old timers to the new kids. Everyone can use it!

Pros

Super easy to get used to. I was worried I would struggle, but it was really easy to work on. And when I couldn't figure something out - customer service is super helpful.

Cons

Sometimes it does calculate the way I thought it should be - so I got confused a few times.

Overall It's alright, I would change it so the user not the admin could key in all the info and let the admin approve it.

Pros

Ease to update some things once a customer is set up it easy to search the customer.

Cons

When adding a new customer you only chose certain thinks such as current trucks, that an admin has put in there.

Our office all uses Pipeline deals. Most of the time we are not in the office while people respond after hours and require a quick reply. Pipeline makes it easy to open the app and respond while logging all the information. I highly recommend people to use this product as it will just walk you right through the process from just a lead to a deal.

Pros

\-Easy to use. -Walks you through any questions you may have. -Enjoyable staff.- -Quick response rate when asking questions.

Cons

I do not see many cons with this product.

Pros

It gives all the features and benefits you can ever need in one source. In addition to features, if there is ever a question or issue, their customer service answers right away and works to resolve the issues in a timely fashion. I find their involvement and ability to resolve problems invaluable.

Cons

Uploading leads has been an issue. If they are not formatted correctly, you will have overwritten leads, lost leads, or error uploading leads. I understand this has to do with the formatting to make sure it is readable for the compatibility standpoint, but it has been a timely process for myself and my team to get uploaded.

Pros

Fairly easy to deploy to folks not familiar with a CRM tool. Easy to navigate.

Cons

Some of the dashboard views, doesn’t have a two way integration to Outlook.
