I'm new to this industry but the PD software makes it easy for me to navigate through the most up to date customer touches with our sales team to assist them in targeting legitimate leads.

Pros

It's reporting for and analytics for lead generation for sales.

Cons

Nothing stands out at the moment, though my role does not require a daily interface.

Pros

Customer service. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and spent a lot of time working with me. Liked that I could add pictures of doctors.

Cons

Not as user friendly as SalesForce, particularly, using the pipeline app on my phone. I was never able to use it and found myself having to constantly login to to the actual website/.

Pros

The concept is great. Having clear milestones and goals help to organize sales calls effectively.

Cons

Some features are hard to find at first. A lack of a cold call section. Having a feature that allows you to input company, date and activity quickly would be beneficial.

We have received excellent support when we have needed the assistance. Adequate training options for the product. I like the ability to customize the CRM to fit our needs.

Cons

I am still learning the product. I am not sure it as Robust as some of the previous CRM's that I have utilized in the past.

Sometimes it’s too cluttered. There are some specific things gs that is like to see in the program.

however, I have used an appointment book for what seems like forever. Old habits are hard to break.

The monetary units are in Euros (at least for our company) and it would be ideal to be able to assign different currencies to different deals.
