Overall, for what I need it to do - contact leads and set appointments, it's wonderful

Pros

I like all of it. I couldn't keep up with my many leads if I didn't have this software. It's extremely user friendly.

Cons

Sometimes the reporting is a bit cumbersome. Data can be manipulated, but it's sometimes time consuming, so I don't mess with it too much.

Ideal for what we need. Nothing complicated and fit for purpose.

Pros

Easy to easy, high functional and addresses the basics of what you want in a CRM. I have used PipelineDeals at two different companies now and can't see using anything else.

Cons

The mobile app could be easier to use. It's not as easy as the desktop version.

Pros

I like that PipelineDeals is pretty easy to navigate and to add and tag users. It makes sorting contacts for campaigns simple to do.

Cons

I don't like that integration with email is a whole additional expense. That's such an airline move - base price and then pay for the stuff that actually makes a difference.

They are responsive with customer service. Have used for around 8 years.

Pros

The ease to setup and organize and then grab all relevant data on a deal by simply blind cc'ing it and the email and docs are saved forever in the deal for others to access if needed.

Cons

Merging multiple emails for the same person into the same record.

Pros

Building sales page, but I can't access them. I can't access anything and the cusotmer service is THE WORST I"VE EXPERIENCED IN ANY INDUSTRY

Cons

I haven't been able get past the a frozen blue screen after logging in. Customer service is appalling, if they decide to get back to you it takes at least 24 hours, and the standard response is we've reset your password (which is not the fix). I created sales pages using this app, which scrambled my domain certificates and has created a massive mess -- and customer service response...we've reset your password.

Requested a fix for the lack of a year issue some time ago, but it hasn't been resolved. Otherwise good. Have been a user for 5 Years+ and generally happy with it.

Pros

Good ease of use on both desktop and mobile app. Ability to find and save relevant information easily.

Cons

It doesn't show the year activity happened on new mobile app

The most significant benefit to us has been having a traceable history of our quotes & online orders. Since we are a small company, when staff is unavailable because of sales calls, travel, etc.; PipelineDeals gives us access right away so we can provide a better customer service experience.

Pros

I like how flexible and easy it is for developers to use the API is for integrating customer forms, RFQs, and online orders.

Cons

As much as we like the platform's email and its connectivity to customer profiles, the lack of IMAP availability is an issue. It would be nice to have direct integration with Google so we could rely solely on PipelineDeals as an email platform with all the benefits of CRM integration.

It’s a great program. I have recommended it to a couple of people looking to organize their business employees.

Pros

The calendar feature and its reminders are amazing. I like how our company can set it up so we see one another’s calenders. And the option to check or cross off aswe complete our calendar items.

Cons

I would like to learn more about how to use the dollar amount feature. And I wish there was a summary that was sent to you at the end of the day of all the places your wrote a comment about each day. Example, I updated 6 accounts pipelines. I would like those 6 places names emailed to me at the end of the day.

The flexibility of tags, statuses and report filters allows it to compensate for other features it might lack (business automation, lead scoring rules, etc.)

Cons

Lack of an app market to demonstrate clear integration between different complementary apps. No strong SaaS based renewal process.

Pros

PipelineDeals is a fairly full-featured CRM at a very reasonable price. While the interface can be a bit convoluted and reporting perhaps more complicated than necessary, the support team is very responsive and the development team seems to continually work on improvements and adding functionality.

Cons

PipelineDeals REALLY needs easier options for finding and merging or eliminating duplicates. This functionality is sadly lacking in what is otherwise a fairly friendly and cost effective CRM, and has been missing since we began using the product several years ago. Discussions with Support Staff have not been fruitful in this being added to the development list.

Using this not only to make sure that we maintain contact with potential customers from initial contact to bringing them onboard as a customer. Using it to make sure I maintain at least quarterly contact with all existing customers.

Pros

The ability to follow-up on customers that have you have not had communication with for a while through the campaign. The email templates save a lot of time

Cons

You have to do 3 separate imports to enter a company, person, and deal. Other software I tested let you do this in one import. The amount of fields you merge into an email template. The amount of automation you can do seems somewhat limited

Helps really see what kind of profit you are winning with and lets you communicate this through out your whole company.

Pros

The fact that it helps me stay up to date with quotes and follow up's, in it self is priceless. Along with feedback on reasons you may have lost jobs. Gives me the ability to quote future jobs more competitively .

Cons

I use a ipad and go off the website . The phone is not nearly as good in my opinion. It is just much easier to work of off.

Pros

User friendly, accessible from anywhere, visually clean dashboard.

Cons

The webpage shuts down a few times per day for no reason. Unable to create 'Sub-accounts', which would allow a more defined, uncluttered report as well as not having to dig through so many notes.

Easy to track pipeline progress and team analytics.

Pros

This Crm allows cross-reference and title options between sales team prospects, this eliminates team contacting the same deals. it has a very easy excel importing system for contact information as well as a great email tracking system. Also has quick customer service response team.

Cons

This can be a costly system for smaller to medium size organizations. Will require an investment monthly or large yearly upfront cost invested for use. if you have less than 5-10 members using this system its probably best to use another system.

Cons

I wish there were more features related to tracking marketing efforts, specifically as they relate to lead generation.

Pros

I like the agenda feature to keep me on task. I can access on my phone to check on notes about a customer in the field. I can make calls from it.

Cons

It's hard to keep track of which clients are a higher priority for me. There isn't a great way to keep things organized by county, which is how us sales reps are dealing with clients. We have to manually type in our territory in the title of the Company.

Incredibly Intuitive. For a serious, enterprise grade, Customer Relationship Management system PipelineDeals is amazingly easy to learn and use even for people new to the system. Reporting and filtering is quick and contributes to keeping our diverse sales team focused on goals. The system's capabilities are being regularly updated and improved. They listen to their customers on features.

Cons

It was too easy for our admin assistant to add user accounts, which generated additional billing. And once discovered and remedied on our end, Pipeline does not allow for crediting our bill for unused service.

Lovely experience! I love the flexibility, the views to track deals and tasks, the custom fields,.... it is easy to use.

Pros

It is very flexible, smart, easy to use. It allows us to do a lot of integrations with our tools.

Cons

The Activity section in deals and people: I would love if I can use templates or format the text, and even more important, I would love to be able to search easily (currently I have to keep opening past activities by clicking on "show more" and spend time reading all of them instead of searching by keywords or a date. The second point would be the speed (we have a lot of deals and people, and it takes long to load each view and filter we change)

Overall: we use this program all the time. It's ease of use and ease of information sharing keeps everyone on the same page for current and future bidding opportunities.

Pros

The ability to provide my company with up to date data on where we are standing with our estimates is great. You can sort your submissions based on many different Categories: Estimator, GC, type of Job (Education, Hospital, Condo, TI), Scope, Valuation, etc. Easy to access and easy to share needed sales data.

Cons

The need to remember to update the information. it took time to get used to remembering exactly what had gone past certain dates. If there was an alert available that warned you when your bid had been 15, 30, 45...etc days past submission, it would make it easier to recall exact dates.
