PipelineDeals has brought structure and order to our sales efforts. We are also easily able to migrate a pipeline from one resource to another if a person leaves. Finally it has given us a very clear view of the size and status of our pipeline

Pros

The ease to setup the software based on our requirements. At the time the requirements were fairly basic, however this increased over time and PipelineDeals could adapt to our growing needs easily. We achieved the end goal of having PipelineDeals the centre of our sales activities.

Cons

We weren't able to do revenue forecasting based on what the company wanted to see. Perhaps it is more a fact that we haven't been able to find the feature within PipelineDeals as yet.

Pipeline Deals made software changes after we started using the system which eliminated functionality our team depended on using. Never fixed the issue.

Pros

Easy to use and had ability to customize where needed.

The business problem solved was cost reduction. We were spending $1,000 per user per year with our old system. Despite the flaws, it works.

Pros

Cost effective and has enough features to be useful.

Cons

Not as intuitive as I would like. Although it syncs with Outlook, it is not great. When setting up tasks and reminders I have found that I have to rely on both Pipeline and Outlook, the integration is not sufficient.

Its a basic sales tool. Unfortunately I'm also trying to use it as a CRM and its not great

Pros

Improvement to contacts and being able to view only key contacts is very helpful. Being able to easily manage a view and save it.

Cons

I use this platform for CRM and so the inability to customize the homepage is not great. There are many gadgets that are visible that I dont want to see. Being unable to not easily remove deactivated contacts from client page makes it confusing for new users. Client page summary field does not really allow for formatting including word formatting or tables Reporting on sales for the year using the reports table is not great or easy to use

Pros

This software is very easy to use! I was able to teach myself most of the basic functions. As I used the software it became easier and easier to navigate. I also like how it links to other users and to my email.

Cons

Setting tasks is easy to do but the reminders are hard to see. I also find the search function to not be as friendly since everything has to be spelled exact.

I enjoy PipelineDeals as my preferred CRM. I've maximized my time and been able to retain notes about deals and clients that I would have otherwise lost in the pile of Post-It Notes on my desk.

Pros

PipelineDeals was customizable and allowed me to run several reports. In terms of CRMS for commercial real estate it is one of the more affordable options available. Excellent customer support.

Cons

PipelineDeals is not as robust or as specific to commercial real estate as some of it's competitors.

Pipeline Deals helps me to keep track of prospects in my pipeline as well as a client log for my current clients. I find Pipeline Deals to be a good overall system for my needs.

Pros

I am in the personal financial services industry so not all of the features pertain to my use, but I still use Pipeline deals extensively for tracking my pipeline, prioritizing my pipeline and for a log to make notes for not only prospects but my current clients. The task feature and the to-do reminders are valuable and time saving.

Cons

I am in the personal financial services industry so not all of the features fit our needs as it seems the software is geared more towards corporate sales.

We really rely on Pipeline to grow TeamFloral. From the beginning the customer service team has gone above and beyond in addressing the remarkably few issues we've had. When we've lost salespeople Pipeline gave us the ability to seamlessly shift those prospects to new staff and keep our sales process intact without costly hiccups.

Pros

PipelineDeals makes the job of managing our sales calls so simple. It naturally focuses our sales team's efforts....always moving leads forward to a resolution. Management loves it because they can see exactly where the team stands in achieving its goals.

Cons

I'd love it if the training videos were easier to find....new staff always seems to have trouble with this.

We enjoyed its huge possibilities, our advisers mentioned it was something like the fullest CRM on the market, but absolutely no one in the team liked working with it due to poor and counterintuitive interface.

Pros

There are so many features and almost any integration you can think off, does wonders if you have a dev team that will set up a ton of hooks, requests and keys.

Cons

It is so bold and expanded to a point when sales reps don’t want to use it. I have literally seen zero people choose to work in it if asked and we only did because is was perfectly set up for our needs (which took coders over 2 weeks)

I'm using PLD just to register deals, contacts. It's fine, but not sure OUtlook can't do the same...

Pros

\- easy to use, friendly interface - search functionality works really well - pricing is basic - integration with Linkedin is good enough

Cons

\- integration with outlook, social media is hardly usable - low level of development new features. The software is basically the same as 5 years ago.

Great tool.

Pros

Easy to sort and create custom lists. Great way to track and store information.

Cons

There is no way to create lists based on multiple factors. For example, if I have 2 customized drop down lists and I want to create a list based on two factors from those lists being present it is not possible as Pipeline will pull all entries that have either factor present but not just the ones with both.

I'd say our company has had a good overall experience with PipelineDeals. The pricing is reasonable and we are able to track our business efficiently with few hiccups.

Pros

It is a useful system to keep you organized with reasonable functionality. Deals feature really helps you to keep track of your business and pipeline and where it came from. Setting reminders in the calendar is extremely useful.

Cons

Some issues with functionality once there are too many sources or dropdown options. Issues from that force you to contact customer service, which can be spotty at times due to the process of their customer service with tickets.

Pros

Pipeline has so many different features that are wonderful for tracking different areas of Sales. I am certain not all of them are utilized, but it is nice to know they are there And the responsiveness of the crew when you have a glitch in the software. Very knowledgeable.

Cons

The date sorting. It is limited in how to get the dates on reports swiftly or comparison of years. OR maybe, It is operator error on my part and I just do not do it right. If that were the case, I am certain that the group at Pipeline would direct me in the right direction swiftly as that is how they are!

Pros

I like the ease of use and how I can chat them when we have any issues. This software keeps me organized and I love the reminders I can set.

Cons

What I like least is there are too many views. You can look up by people, company, email, etc. Too many views to look at and they all show different info.

My experience with PipelineDeals has been decent. It's easy to use but lacks functionality and customization. I would like to be able to create in the background so I can make the CRM work the way that I want.

Pros

The design layout is consistent across the board so the UI is easy to get used to.

Cons

The Search function is terrible! Unlike Salesforce, the search function doesn't let you see all the results on a single page. You can't easily see all the deals, companies, or people associated with the search term. You have to choose each one and if you got it wrong then you have to research.

Pros

The software makes it very easy for me to follow new deals that my sales people are working on. I can see the entire process.

Cons

During the set up process it took too long to get the email connection working with Microsoft 365.

We have all our deals for all the sales people in one place. The deal entry should allow for you to show all aspects, line multiple term and rate offers, step rate offers, without hgaving to place them into the summary section.

Pros

Software is easy to use, but could be more explicit in each category.Example , in stage category, there should be an update section instead of having to go to activity or the deal summary.

Cons

The software falls short in allowing you to input all information needed for the deals. consequently you have to fall back to the summary and expand on the deal there. Example , deals with multiple term offers.

Pros

This was an awesome tool for my international team of 8. It kept us all organized and helped with transparency and progress of deals. This helped us grow probably more than any other tool. It gave us clarity on where to focus and helped in a lot of the experiments we were running.

Cons

There was a little clunkiness in setting up custom fields and I felt a few things could be made more clear. Onboarding could be a bit more simple. I had to repeat it with someone a few times before I got it but once you get it, it's very easy to use.

I like the flexibility and customization of the software - our ability to be nimble and implement feature that benefit my sales team quickly, and even in real time is impressive, and it supports the team wonderfully! We are better able to deliver on our service commitment and meet our goals as a result!

Cons

There are still some features we'd love implemented, such as the ability to set a default choice in a custom field - but we know that their developers are open minded to include our suggestions.

We still use it to track customers. It's good for keeping notes on all of our accounts. Our ERP system is about 20 years behind and tracking customers in it is almost impossible. So, PLD has been great for managing customers.

Pros

Support was fantastic and it was not overbuild like SalesForce.

Cons

It did lack some features that would be handy. The entire API section was a little confusing.

Pros

I got to use PipelineDeals in my last occupation. Switching to PipelineDeals when we did increased our productivity exponentially and keep our communication up to date! What a great team backing it up as well!!

Cons

Mobile app you should pay more attention to the mobile app.
