Great way to handle your day to day scheduling , effectively manage deals, and provide a universal communication platform for your company

Pros

The team at Pipelinedeals listens to us as clients and tries to cater to how we use the software, helping to improve our efficiency around it. We also provide feedback on innovative ways we use their software and they share it with their clients.

Cons

Pulling useful sales data from the software can be difficult at times. It relies on accuracy from it's users, which, can be trouble for a whole team whose individuals may not be at the same proficiency.

There are more robust CRMs out there, but for the price point and ease of use if you're looking for a straight forward CRM Pipeline Deals gets the job done.

Pros

PD has quirks like any CRM, but it's easy to customize, easy to clean up records en mass (via excel uploads...less so within the system), and overall is pretty well rounded for a browser based CRM. The customer support team is quick, and on a couple occasions have gone incredibly above an beyond for us.

Cons

The integration with MailChimp isn't great. Only other complaint is with the error message received when importing duplicate records. It's great that PD recognizes dups, but the error reports don't provide the record's unique ID number, which can cause some issues here and there.

I am tracking accounts once I enter them. I don't believe I have fully utilized it to its capacity in my industry.

Pros

Data is safe in one place. I also like some its reporting features.

Cons

entering data. it is stoic and lacks customization from the field. specifically data entry to set up new accounts could be streamlined by allowing the set field be set up via a landing page with all of the basics needed for an account to get them in the system, they can be tweaked later once set up as a new account.

The price allows for executive-level buy in and configurability allows for ease of use. The included customer support is also a plus.

Cons

There could be stronger automation for entering new companies. There are also some features like decision tree selections that would make the solution more user friendly.

In past organizations I have used Salesforce, SalesLogix, Goldmine, etc. Pipeline deals gave us what we needed without being overpriced. It's easy to use, customizable and we've been very happy with it. Some of the other CRMs were an overkill with all of their features, half of which we didn't need and they were costly.

Pros

Easy to use and customize, also the cost. We got in in the beginning and are grandfathered in to a cheaper rate, but even the current rates are still competitive.

Cons

No IP address restriction, this is a security concern. Database can not be locked down from access outside the organization.

Just awesome. Its nice to have a system that just works. PLD has been with our company from very early on and been able to grow and adapt with us. We use a 3rd party API to move data into a field-production system once a trigger is set - which makes things very efficient.

Pros

I like that I can customize the deal fields to match our specific business needs.

Cons

Not a whole lot in terms of "Reports". Sorting people and deals via the "lists" works just fine, but I would like to see more customizable reporting options. It can also be a slight pain that the search box does not query all custom fields.

I like how you can narrow down your deals by active, sold, hot, etc. It makes organizing your current workload fairly easy.

Cons

I haven't been able to figure out how to sort my deals by what Sold per year, but I'm sure this is something that is pretty easy to do and maybe I don't have access to that.

I have used Pipeline Deals daily for 2 years. We handle my software sales leads, our language company, my wife's seamstress business, and our Airbnb rentals on this platform. Easy to use, not too complicated. Just the right mix of features and simplicity. Customer support is instant, competent, and friendly.

Pros

not too complicated - some CRM system have lots of extra unnecessary features

Cons

historical search through contact narrative is not perfect, for instance, if I forget a person, but I met her in Cincinnati, I can't scan my whole portfolio for "Cincinnati"

We started with Pipeline Deals when we were in the very early stages of customer on-boarding and tracking. It is very easy to use and manage your customers. I would highly recommend it for anyone that is looking for basic customer on-boarding and tracking. Will serve many companies well who are looking for a good quality CRM without all of the customization of the much larger platforms.

Pros

Relatively in-expensive. Easy to use and get data imported once you get to know the platform.

Cons

Limited in some of the information tracking. Not as customizable as some other solutions.

It is a basic CRM. If you want to track sales cycles and activity this is a good economically friendly solution.

Pros

Pipeline deals is a very straight forward CRM. It gives you the basic tools to get going. It is a very cost efficient solution for an SMB looking to get going. It was a good tool when we started and needed something.

Cons

Not a whole lot of functionality outside of the basics. You get what you pay for. As we got bigger, we wanted more automation out of it.

It is a great CRM, much more user friendly to the numerous other CRM's on the market. The customer service is local in North America and is prompt, patient and friendly. It makes my sales conversions and tracking much more efficient.

Pros

I love the customization and the ease of use. The customer service is top notch!

Cons

It would be nice to have different industry default setups to make it more custom at the start. I would like to see more custom reporting based on custom fields and existing fields.

this is a good app - very functional and the interactivity features are very robust - (sharing and collaborating)

Pros

Lots of features and functionality - great mobile app, easy to add/create new deals and add new people

Cons

there's almost too many options and columns to have to consider and filter - the software seems so robust you need a good computer to run it and can slow down and get clunky - I have a hard time filtering the deals the way in order to see what I want.

Great way to organize your leads to maximize your calling and notes for specific accounts. Although very deep and having a multitude of features; it almost becomes too deep, especially with multiple users. If you are your own boss and responsible for your own work, then this is a good tool. I had an appointment setter and lead generator on my account and it became a too messy and was difficult to separate who was working on what if not specified by the person using it.

Pros

Again, it was very rich in features and customization. I actually had to remove some fields as they were unnecessary. Customer support was always readily available and helpful without long wait times; which is huge.

Cons

I always had issues with importing leads and had to call a service rep to do it for me. It never seemed to take. Some features and fields are unnecessary and seems like filler, but that is just me. I am sure some people customize their own way. As I worked pages, there was not a simple way I could just skip to page 100 for example. I had to click over one by one to get to where I left off.

As a small business (11-50 people), we couldn't be more thrilled with the level of functionality. It is extremely easy to use and the reports are more than I could hope for. As we have grown from 12 to 20+ people the tool has grown seamlessly. This would be an excellent tool for almost any size company.

\- Tie in with outlook - Robust reports - Can track deals, leads, dollars, etc. - Ease of use - Fantastic interface - Can jump in right away and use

\- Perhaps a way to set up an automatically updated report to run and be emailed

The ability to use it just like another (SF) when I started with my company I had no idea how this CRM would work. I was very familiar with (SF) and was hoping for something where I could work in that same style. I am a Sales Rep/Customer Service Rep who likes to input customer information and get them processed in a timely fashion. Pipeline has under promised and over delivered in a way I never expected.

Pros

The ability to use it just like another (SF) when I started with my company I had no idea how this CRM would work. I was very familiar with (SF) and was hoping for something where I could work in that same style. I am a Sales Rep/Customer Service Rep who likes to input customer information and get them processed in a timely fashion. Pipeline has under promised and over delivered in a way I never expected.

It has no dialer to make phone calls when I am snowed in at home and out of the office.

We have been using Pipeline deals for almost 6 years now and have little to nothing to complain about. For the money, I don't think there is anything better out there. The phone app is easy to use but could use some tweaking so that certain important functions from the desktop version are available.

Pros

A great value and easy to learn/use.

Cons

Some of the search functions are limited and don't allow cross-referencing. For example, I search by city quite often and I am not always able to find the info I need based on the city only.

Overall I am happy with PipelineDeals as a CRM it works well with tracking deals through the sales process. It is simple to use and the mobile app is great. They just need to fix the sync with contacts, activities and events.

Pros

Easy to use, very simple and doesn't require much training. Most users can pick it up fairly quickly if they have had any exposure to another CRM.

Cons

Biggest complaint is the add on with Outlook only partially works. It will sync emails to contacts in pipelinedeals, but it doesn't sync tasks (activities), events, and contacts. So there is a lot of duplication of workload to keep both systems updated.

Not mobile devise friendly. I am on the road most of the time. Pull into parking lots to deal with emails and other things like Pipeline. 95% of work can be accomplished on my tablet. But not Pipeline
