There are categories we don't use that I would prefer to eliminate rather than have them forced on us

We all love Pipeline Deals here at Fluent Headquarters. It does exactly what we need it to. Great, customisable dashboard to keep track of all our Deals and excellent email management integration to make sure all external emails we are sending and receiving stay tracked within Pipeline Deals. It's simple to use and doesn't over complicate something that shouldn't be complicated!

Pros

Great customisable Dashboard. Easy external email management. Task management is so simple. Love the custom fields!

Cons

If I had to be picky I would say it would be good to have more custom fields we currently only have 20 on our plan but we could just upgrade to premium so there aren't any cons really!

The best thing for me as the person who used the data provided/created in this platform regarding PLD is a very powerful API to read and write data. This is the best feature of it from my perspective.

Pros

It's about the CRM concept and implementation of it and not necessarily the platform itself. If the platform provides basic features, without bugs; that'd be fine and PLD provides the basics very well.

Cons

Handling duplicates is not that easy. Although the concept of duplicate removal is not that easy, we can expect a CRM tool to have some features covering it. PLD is not good here.

It doesn't offer as much as salesforce. I prefer salesforce. It doesn't integrate with yesware/gmail well. Most contacts come up as unknown unless manually added to pipeline

The service is nice for very straightforward small business but not useful when you start escalating.

Pros

Nice dashboard. Most of the functions are intuitive but sometimes too basic. Great customer support but sometimes frustrating as the system has a lot of rigidities.

Cons

Under Companies, the system does not give you automatically teh url of the company, the industry and size of the company. This is key for a CRM. Reports are too limited and don’t give you almost any flexibility to customise them I can hardly use any for my business. To much work to export the data in excel and then build your own report.In addition, you cannot forecast monthly subscription fees which are fundamental for a SaaS business like ours. This is why probably I need to move to a different system.

I am able to quickly identify high value deals, publish a range of useful views according to my chosen criteria and get insight into who is actually interacting with my sent content (not limited to content sent on the platform if I may add).

Pros

Its easy to use, compatible with Linkedin, Prompts you to contact leads, Manages after sales support and is ultimately a great CRM alternative to others

Cons

At the moment, nothing - But If I had to pick it would be that I didn't get to get a tutorial as I failed to connect with the rep responsible, however, I don't think I need it.

I've had tremendous success and pleasure using PipelineDeals.com. Their customer service is awesome, in fact I was surprised someone answered the phone the first time I called in. The tool had the functions I was looking for and they always seemed to be developing the functions I wanted.

Pros

It is Easy To Use, has Great Customization, and provides Deep Reports On Numerous Data points.

Cons

For new uses looking for something really simple, this tool may not be a good fit.

The cost and flexibility to add users is one of the best features of Pipeline Deals. We are able to sort our deals and use it as a robust CRM. We are a small company who can’t afford some of the larger more expensive software subscriptions and get all of the functionality we need with Pipeline Deals

Cons

There are no cons with Pipeline Deals. There is enough customization available that we can product any sales reports we require

Pros

Just as the title says, Pipelinedeals is super easy to use. With a couple clicks you can enter a new client, deal or calendar entry. You can also easily create customized templates to help with everyday tasks

Cons

The tiers of access. Wish all the features were available for the same price.

I've been using Pipeline Deals for the past year, and having experience with many CRM's I feel it is incredibly efficient and easy to use. Clean design and user-friendly interface make this a pleasure to work with. Reports can be easily generated. We use this for all levels of our sales team, from corporate to training/reps. I especially like the Outlook and Excel plug in's.

Clean design, easy interface, nice to work on, ease of use. Good support on plug in's.

Pros

Pipeline provides a centralized database of sales opportunities where those opportunities can also be tracked as wins and losses. The wins can then be tracked through the onboarding and production cylces. In our business, this has proven to be a powerful management tool where all team members have visibility to the data. Data can easily be exported into reports and shared amongst team members. Quote turn time, delivery time, win percentages can all be measured and reported. Pipeline is a multi-faceted engine that can directly improve efficiencies and enhance visibility of the health of the business to management.

Cons

Some of the reports are basic text exports which then require the user to provide their own edits and add enhancements to the reports.

I used it for over a year and it helped me organise my prospects and leads greatly. I think it was a great investment and it served me well the time I used it. I changed to another CRM, not because I wasn't happy with it, but because I needed better customisation.

Pros

Great customer support, good cost to value

Cons

It has great customising characteristics, but it still lacks simplicity. Specially if you want to use it for Real Estate.

Rock solid product with top notch customer service.

Pros

Love the ability to notify other team members of a note on a record by simply putting a check next to their name. They receive an email notification with the note and they can just reply to the email and the CRM record will be updated with their reply.

Cons

Lack of integrated lead scoring and the inability to turn off B2B features to make CRM more B2C friendly.

I use Pipeline for everything I sell as the Advertising Director. It is a great CRM for being able to watch what the whole team is doing and they are able to see each others work, which is beneficial. I would recommend this CRM to anyone needing to have their sales tracking and data organized.

Pros

They make it very easy to add quick notes, schedule follow up and create deals for each product or service.

Cons

Would like to be able to merge duplicates or joint accounts

Pros

It is easy to use and provides all the necessary functions required of a CRM system. PipelineDeals offers amazing value for money, punching far above its weight.

Cons

I cannot think of anything that I don't like about PipelineDeals, I wouldn't mind there to be a bit more integration between outlook and Pipeline, however this is not a critique.

I recommended Pipelinedeals to all my networking contacts...loved it!

Pros

Loved this software...I used it personally, but my company uses Salesforce and I didn’t have time any more to double my efforts of activity keeping so I had to leave. I loved the graphics and that it was so intuitive!

Cons

That my company doesn’t use it! Salesforce stinks, but they are large enough to handle the Fortune 500 companies.
