I am solving the problem of keeping up with my appointments better because I get notified instead of me having to go check on a written calendar like I was before. There are some areas though that I wish were not so confusing and easier to navigate and more user friendly.

Pros

I like that I am notified about my appointments before they start via text.

Cons

Some of the navigation is just way too confusing.

Very intuitive and simple to learn.

Cons

Not exactly built for an old school company selling in to manufacturing. However, we spent the time learning to customize the system and it works well for us.

Pros

What I liked best about PipelineDeals is just how much they thought like I did. As an entrepreneur and a marketing mind, there were always features and ideas I thought about while using their tool. It seemed like they consistently got me and the same feature would show up in future updates. At the end of the day, this is a rockstar company and their tool just reflects that reality.

Cons

In the earlier years, the tool aesthetically was clunky, but as they updated it they really removed anything that I disliked.

Pros

It seems fairly intuitive to figure out the basics of the site (e.g. filtering, customizing results) without having to take a tutorial. But the best part of the platform is the level of quality customer support that Liz Falvo has provided. Not only has been responsive, but she has also provided candid advice even if it meant more work for her. She is a real asset to the Pipeline business and I hope it is something that the company is aware of.

Cons

\- The report email delivery times are unpredictable - The online report view caps at 50,000 - Connect, the email marketing feature, is limited in volume and customizability

I like it a lot. I used to use salesforce and I find PLD much easier to use.

Pros

Ease of use and functionality. I like how the contacts are scrolling on the upper right of the screen and that the pop up allows you to select the contacts to link to a deal.

Cons

I use it in conjunction with Outlook. There's a delay in updating/sync of information. I'm not sure if it is the Outlook link. For example when I enter an address on PLD, the street address doesn't show up on my outlook, only the city and zip codes shows up.

I tried a few CRM softwares and I must say that I was impressed with PipelineDeals right away. I researched this on my own in hopes to sell to management for the new role that was created for our company. There was no software for my use and Excel spreadsheets just were not working for me! My rep that I had a conference call to go through the products was very knowledgeable. I also was given the demo that we went through to sell this product to my managment. I really like the ease of use and the fields I can easily customize to my needs with my company. Very good value per user as well. I highly recommend this product.

Pros

This vendor has the best customer service of any SaaS product I've ever dealt with in any vertical, and I've dealt with dozens and many at the enterprise level. The product itself is super easy to use, easy to set up, and easy to customize. This product was designed by user-centric designer-folk, so it's intuitive.

Cons

If you need this software to talk to a specific other piece of software (outside the most common ones), you might have to write your own API linkers.

Pros

It is a very simple system to operate and learn. It does the job very well with organizing all your information and it can be customized to the way you do things.

Cons

The app feels like it could be improved and I wish it would be formatted when I go from my phone over to my Ipad. I've personally had a lot of issues with receiving my email through Pipeline Deals. But sending emails is great since you can track when and how often the prospect opens it.

Pros

I like the fact that as a small company, it is a very affordable solution. I have worked at other companies that use more robust and more expensive CRM products and I just didn't need that. PipelineDeals is just the right size for our needs.

Cons

I wish some of the filter options on the iPhone app allowed to search the company listings by city, as I travel a lot and it would be nice to see who is in a certain city as I am driving through. I also like the fact that any email I send to my lead or contact is automatically logged on the contact's page. Also, any time I email documents using the CRM, the documents are saved in a document bank.
